The reason why all scribble faces don't have a face origin is because, they're made by the devs, themself....let's say, I make a face that was from the marketplace in Roblox, if I used a face, e.g: Red Fleshy Face, if I used that and changed it to......hmm.....idk, a random entity called: A-88, I would make the face a bit different from the OG face. I did that, and I do the code-- (not talking about the code). Once I'm done, The OG face would be, the Red Fleshy Face. BUT, if I make a scribble entity (By hand) it would not have an origin face. So, yeah....done.
