salam tuan..baru2 ni public crane ada buat keje at ipoh.jalan Changkat larang at kilang RCI lama..xde buat video ke tuan..sy dan amek gambo ja at luo kilang🥰
this crane weighs in at +/- 100,000 kg, distributed over 8 axles @ 2 tires each, i.e. give or take about 6,250 kg per wheel (or 12,500 kg per axle). Public roadways are built to withstand on average about 5,715 kg per axle. Then, the other problem is that many bridges and overpasses are too weak for such heavy tire-weights, and the crane-driver would need to cross these structures at dead-slow speed, make sure not to shift gears while crossing the bridge-span (to avoid any many vibrations as possible, and moreover, the driver would likely have to center-line the crane, meaning place 1/2 the width oft the crane on one lane and the other 1/2 half of the width on the adjacent lane, to spread the overall weight across two lanes. By loading this crane onto a special multi-axle/wheel trailer, each tire will have a much lower pressure pushing onto the roadway, and in addition turning around curves and intersection is also much easier on the pavement. PS: I have driven about 38,000 km with similar, albeit slightly less weighty, cranes while delivering them from the manufacturer to the dealer across US & Canada. Just google Linkbelt Cranes and look for videos of models HTC-3140, ATC-3210, or HTC-86110....I drove them all, unescorted doing everything I described above. Lots of fun.....LOL
....during Spring-Thaw, for example, the maximum legal axle-weights are reduced by about 20%....meaning that the guy who just spent the equivalent of 3-5 Million US$ for his brand-spanking new crane ain't going to wait 3 months, until he can get permits to get his crane delivered! In such cases, loading an oversized/overweight vehicle on these special trailers, allows the weight of the crane, plus that of the trailer (i.e. now about 130,000 kg) to be spread over 50 to 100 wheels (all independently steered), and thereby reducing the individual axle-weights from the crane's 6,250 kg/wheel to about 2,600kg per wheel. There are reasons in the madness, as the saying goes, and it's usually all compliance-related.

Could it be a defective crane? Why don't let it move by itself?
gearbox problem
WHy??? can't the crane drive by it self??? or is the axle pressure to hihg???
This crane have problem at his gear box
