I don’t understand why your wife and step daughter visa isn’t available yet.my son filed a petition to his wife and daughter and we just received a notice from national visa center that their visa is already available.you should hired an immigration lawyer so you know that what your doing was right.he filed the petition last May so it took only 7 months

You should have stayed in the US and have your little kids follow. Until jodelyn can get her visa. You got a better chance of life and future there. Especially for the kids, they will learn to be independent and strong. This was not a well executed plan. I stayed in the US for 4yrs before i was able to successfully bring my kids. But still glad family is reunited. Merry christmas
