The problem with long meditation is personally I can only hold my spine straight for 15 minutes after that my body gets tired and feel sleepy and can't hear what the person says lol that's why I prefer shorter versions.
Miss Melody will you pray for me I let this man put his hands on me yesterday he said he was praying for me and he was from the church of latter-day saints but turns out he was just messing in my energy and now my whole body is like going through a lot of pain coming in my heart and it hurts and I don't know what to do I know it's an energy thing but I'm having trouble to talk to my guardian angel in the ark angels 💓 maybe if you tell my guardian angel to help me she will help me thank you Merry Christmas
