I broke my saws in with 1 tank of gas & occasional revs in idle - and that`s it ! First work day 3/4 throttle, second day - full throttle in some big pieces of wood 🤣 Worked well every time ! Thanx for sharing !
Love my 545 MKII! Break-in? What’s that? I ran mine like a chainsaw from first start. Never had an issue. I fell, limbed and cut firewood on all with no issues. I only run Husq premix fuel and oils.
Glad you liked it. Love my 545mk 2 as well. Over 3 years running and never had an issue. I run 42:1. That includes VP 94 rec and 3oz Ams oil Saber. Runs and cuts like no other. Throttle response is like lightning. In regards to break in just like all my other equipment, crawl walk run method. Performance is the game and longevity is the name.
Well said, and we've all seen it at work, you maintain it very well.

Husqvarna’s. Only the best for the job.
Hearing protection is a must

Love the 545 mk2! But I didn't run the (long) warm-up/break- inn, the way you did. Is that a bad thing for a saw?
Not necessarily
