I don't know what im seeing but your hair was thick before but now i think those crochet braids made your hair really thin. Specially on the ends of your hair but the scalp still look full though. The same thing happened to me one time efter crochet braids. I lost a lot of hair and it wasn't shedding but breakage.
Feel so sad for you girl. I'm currently in box braids and omg I hope I don't get breakage when I take these out 🤦🏾♀️ idk how some people's hair is able to do well in these styles. Like Seun her hair is relaxed and down her back and she does crotchet all the time
pats cookie and my daughter had did very well and actually grew like a inch and a half . Her hair is a lot stronger and healthier than mine though. I made sure she never had a perm

I think , you may have found the base to your own hair grease...just add the oils you want to, or the butters for the mix.

Simple Tucker yesss every time I look in a mirror I feel like my root are puffy. And the ends look so premature 😢
