It seems like the Wastelander is what finishes most of these boards. Maybe Alex should make a board with fewer bounces and gaps since that seems to be the problem.

Alex should make a board where 2 vehicles can make it to the checkpoint, but only 1 can make it to the finish, so that if grey gets the wrong vehicle, he has to do the entire board again

I think what could induce the most madness out of gray would be to make a challenge where not only he has to pick a vehicle to drive like in this video, but then choose 1 or more vehicles to assign to a teleport gun. This way, part way through the challenge he would have to spawn the other vehicle during different sections of the course...even better Alex could hide new vehicles throughout the course that gray would have to find to reassign to the gun in order to complete it. I can picture him pulling his hair out doing that haha.
I've seen Gray using the Wastelander complete several osbtacle challenges. I suppose Alex needs remove this vehicle, it will be torturous for Gray but at least we will be entertained by it
The fact that the wastelander has done more challenges then any vehicle you have used is insane. In so challenges it's done and failed it still has made it futher then most. It does have the most wins though.

Having you do Mega ramps with different materials as the ramps would be cool. even ramps made out of different terrain and seasonal elements like ice and water ect.
Something the wastelander should fail at is jumps where you need to stop on a dime of increasing ridiculousness. Like jump, land on a tiny platform, wait a few seconds, teleporter spawns below you and floor drops out or something. Mux it with some wall rides ending in similar jumps, hills and bumps with accelleration points keeping you fast etc. Should be hell on most things but maybe especially bad with the wastelander.
Someone needs to mod in a Tatra 8x8x8 mudding truck. Its a real vehicle that's basically the same as the Wastelander except a little bit longer and all eight wheels are drive wheels with independent steering and suspension. They have the turning circle of a car half their length and with tires half the size. Its probably the only thing that could legit out perform the wastelander.
