    Same thing here. This must become a class action lawsuit at this point. Oral B just doesn’t care about us customers. I’ve sent mine back 3 times, it was covered under the warranty, every a month or two it just stops charging.

    Make sure the charger is standing up or there's a Toothbrush that can stand up And charge that's wireless

    It's maybe because he hasn't used it for more than a month so the the battery would have fully gone out so it can't even show the light

    The one that you have😢😮 Try a wireless charger and see if that works if it doesn't get a new brush and that should work For real this is not fake

    Why don't you use the wireless charger it does work I tried it while the charger means wireless charge your phone simply you can charge that

      I got a new one, o charged for 2 hours and get 1 minute brush, wtf

    I would tell you it because you have the wrong plug, after you stop laughing at that joke. Does that plug have what we call a GFI ground fault interuptor? To keep from being electrocuted? Push the button or flip the switch. Just a thought.
