There us a difference in being alone because tou want to verses being alone because you have no choice. Im 53 and i have MS. I have been in nursing homes in ny 30s and 40s. I knew ud ve out of the place in a few weeks. Byt there were people in there that had been there for decades. No visitors ni friends. THAT is loneliness

Kind of late for that now.. She could've had a high priced male escort to satisfy all of her needs once a month for the rest of her life. She sold her dream home to a Nigerian Huckster who can barely speak english, but she didn't pickup on any of the many red flags. These scammers intentionally make mistakes with the documentation, spelling and grammer, and when a s*cker doesn't pick up on it, then they know they have a "Live One" that they can drain pretty quickly, with one many sad tales of woe. Very sad.
If i was this women and i went from being a millionaire to a homeless senior citizen, i would be suicidal.
With that kind of money she could buy a lot of escort time, and she would have a real person she could touch instead of just staring at a picture and wanting to kiss the guy.
It makes me sad and angry when people do this to old people. Its clear the reason they fall for this and are willing to keep it going no matter the cost because they're so lonely. At some point it becomes easier to live in the fantasy they found love again than to admit they were tricked.

I think that’s part of the scam. They know anyone who’s willing to believe someone with a thick, Nigerian accent is from Brazil, or Australia or Texas, they know they have an easy mark. That’s also why they intentionally include typos and broken English. Anyone who thinks a legal document is going to misspell the department they are from and have other easy to spell words written incorrectly, this means they are gullible enough to go along with it. This is why it pays to be a grammar nazi lol

@@kanyebreast6072 there was a scammer Phil mentioned on another episode who said they have the ability to use spell check, but intentionally include misspellings in the initial texts and messages to see if someone is willing to look past all that and continue correspondence.

I like to mess with romance scammers. It wastes their times, but sometimes I get lucky after gathering evidence and showing them how I know at the end. They confess and show me the real them on video call. One of the asked me to pretend to be a sister from NY. Most of them are from Nigeria and have a hard time with our accent. So I agreed to talk to this 50 year old over the phone. I told her everything and showed her messages of where he asked me. She was so great full about it… They will involve others from how it seems as a go between.

Life lesson in relationships online or otherwise wise, Don't ever send money especially large amounts to someone that you never even met in person or barely know much about directly and honestly. These scammers will play what games to trick you out of your money and bail out on you when you have nothing left! And don't believe their stories or excuses at all whether if their stories are true or not, it's not your responsibility to save them financially.
Why can't you post the full episode at once? Because it's in the middle of the day here and it's harder to follow in between doing other things. It would be nice to watch the whole thing at once. 🤷🏻♀️ I commented on the other one at 6 am. Otherwise interesting.
