Especially offshore saltwater fishing. If the schools of fish are on the run and constantly moving you have to troll. Berkeley should give you the gulp minnows for free. I bet you've sold more for them than several other programs combined. I just got 6 jars in my order from watching your videos.

Nice catches. I usually have bad luck with sunfish and bluegill as the only ones i catch are small. Not even big enough to eat smh. But it could be because i used to fish in public lakes so they don't get as big or the big ones just be hiding from me. Great video.

We catch nice blues and flats in creeks like where you were catching the blue gills in. Limb lines with blue gill are the ticket. Allot of times you go by them on the way out it will already have one on.

I fish Watts bar lake for cats. Question for you on using live bait. Is it legal to use yellow bass and white bass for live bait. TWRA states bluegill, trout, shad and skipjack are the legal baits. I have been using yellow bass as well but don’t want to get a ticket.
I’d like to see you catch some of those better white bass on your ultralight. I do that up on the rivers every spring, and it’s almost more fun than you can stand!
I know it's a bit of a pain but is trolling with a paddle as effective or would you say paddling through turns a large portion of fish off? I've only tried it a couple times and have not had a great deal of success so I figured you may have some advice.

Have you tried Thumpn? I did some last weekend, I could've been in too shallow of water or boat was blowing around to see them on my Garmin, but we did catch a couple of whites, bass and 2 channels on beetle spins.
Hey Justin, I was coming in yesterday after fishing with you on your live stream and there was a guy at the ramp and he had "catfisherman" look to him and he was happy he had like close to 60 really nice skips so I asked questions. He said he trolls at closer to 5mph for the skips to be going fast enough to keep the white bass off his skips jigs..... Sounds good to me but I think he just has a spot he don't wanna share. What do u think? Than as always for the content

Hey buddy just making sure I didn't interpret wrong, I'm from Tennessee and I thought it was only sunfish and trout you couldn't keep with a cast net? And white bass aren't a sunfish i thought we can keep them with a cast net?
You can’t do that! If you claim that bluegill is “convicted” you gotta give him free medical, dental, rehab, a warning, then some spending money and set him free. At least for his first 5 offenses (may vary by state).

Paddling is effective too it’s just more of hassle

What size jig heads do you use with the big gulp minnow. I have been ultralight fishing with the small minnows. I want to try the larger gulp minnows.
