Jim Corbett closed both suspension bridges of river Alaknanda at night to avoid Leopard movement to other bank of river Alaknanda.

इसमे कार्बेट साहब ने किल मे साईनाईट का कैप्सूल रखा था और किल के तीन तरफ झाड़ीया लगा दि थी ताकि लैय्पर्ड एक ही तरफ खिचे और गन फायर हो जाए मगर लैय्पर्ड ने तीनो तरफ की झाड़ियां ऊखाड कर फेक दी और किल को बन्दूको के पास खीच कर ले गया और अराम से खाया।
