We can always tell when your daughter is home for the summer... bring it Mama!! It's always hard to adjust to different numbers of people in your household... and knowing how much of what to buy. And the biggest adjustment for most of us moms is how much to cook. Downsizing is hard and the struggle is real! Thank you for a fun little haul. Hope to see more hauls or even another cook with me. You mentioned a chicken dish over the weekend you might do. Just looking forward to the fun!

Yeah, we have honeycomb cereal on sale this week and a fruity pebbles this week. We got all my cereal $1.49 a box it was such a good deal and then they have a honey bunches of oats too. I love when you find a good deal.
Good...proteins and fruits and vegetables keep you fuller longer without the spike in insulin...love that you're back on the health journey ❤ have a blessed week 🤙💞🌷
Tiffany you can chop peppers onions some of the fruits and freeze them so they will last even onions can be frozen I eat a lot of cold food when it's hot out
Yum! You remind me of when my son was a teenager and I bought all his goodies to eat for the summer! Actually I still do for him for when he is hungry during the night or off work. Meanwhile he is now in his twenties! Lol Us mamas never stop fussing over our kids!❤

Boars head brand is the best. Hard to find, not all stores carry it. I wish I knew how much the lunch meat was. Wanna try there humus too. Great haul as usual.

Heads up on the whole wheat. I ate whole wheat my entire adult life, until I did some research (after feeling more achey than normal with no other in diet or exercise). Whole wheat can cause or exacerbate inflamation. I switched to sourdough and so, so much better. Im 46, but was feeling 86!
I make my own coffee creamer.. 1 can of sweetened condensed milk... And 2 can fills of silk almond milk.. and a splash of vanilla.. I keep mine in a glass jar with a lid.. shake well...❤
I wanted to try that hummus. Sounds like a great flavor ! I was surprised it has sugar in it. So many item have sugar and you don’t realize it! Trying to eat very healthy these days. Maybe I will have to try making some 🤔
Next time you go to Kroger's look in the vegetable refrigerator I buy these all the time for lunch they're three for $11 here in Michigan they're already made salads and they're not real big check it out next time. Very convenient for lunch at work. 🥗
I saw Kiya got those waffles and because of my diet I get those for my daughter too but they also have the gluten free ones with no sugar that are my fav..also they have gluten free blueberry that are so good on the go girl for a comfort breakfast guilt free🩷
