You don't have to look for anything else if you want to do video editing, Macbook is way ahead in competition. And for anything else you go for hp envy, or any other windows laptop according to your budget.
I am just starting out my content creation journey and going to go all into Video Editing! I have a budget of Macbook air M1 with 16 GB of RAM. Should I go for it in 2024, is it still worth it? Or should I be buying a windows alternative in the same budget such as Dell G15, with a RTX 3050 or HP envy x 360? Please help! I have just graduated college, and want to spend wisely!
Also, does DA vinci resolve work well in MacBook Air M1 16 GB RAM, if i dont go for final cut pro right away due to my budget?

i am currentlu using macbook air , and for the people who don't know about macOS, I would like to say, almost anything that you can do on windows can be done on macOS, even gaming.
But macos doesn't support many games, but it's size helps a lot ❤

Bhai what about MacBook? Mac me mujhe nahi lagta coding ke liye koi issue aata hai and I think it is a overall better laptop. Lekin agar Mac nahi toh windows me HP Envy is one of the best laptop.
Does screen come with protection? If use pen extensively won't there be scratches?
The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. Screen protectors are not recommended on any laptops.

(Most important thing is the resale value....macbook resale value is 2 times the hp)

Do we need to buy any other accessories with macbook which fulfill the basic requirements, they don't even provide MS-office so how would I be able to work on that (do I need buy MS office as well? because it cost around 9K). Basically I'm looking for Data Science or Data Analytics work to process heavy data on laptop or doing multiple task).
For all the necessary MacBook Accessories I've made a video already which you can check out but as you asked you need office as well, you can try online versions which is free of cost like Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.
