    Hope you all are fine and happy. I am sharing bakra eid special recipes of beef and mutton. This beef achar gosht recipe is my mom's hit recipe. Learn how to make achar gosht from her. I am sure you will love it.

    Note: I always use standard measuring cups and spoons.
    so, here is the recipe... :-)
    RECIPE OF BEEF ACHAR GOSHT
    Ingredients:
    FOR GRAVY
    ------------
    Chicken/Beef/Mutton ½ kg
    Salt ½ tsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
    Red Chilli Flakes 1+½ tbsp
    Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp
    Yoghurt 1 cup
    Tomatoes (chopped or paste) 125 grams
    Onion 2 (chopped)
    Oil 1 cup
    SPICES TO BE STUFFED IN CHILLI
    Big Green Chilli 8-10
    Dry roast these 5 spices one by one and crush them.
    Fenugreek Seeds ½ tsp
    Black Seeds ½ tsp
    Fennel Seeds 1 tbsp
    Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
    White Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
    Now add
    Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
    Red Chilli Powder ½ tsp
    Salt ¼ tsp
    White Vinegar or Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
    Mix all the above Spices and fill it in chillies.
    METHOD:
    1- Cook the meat (only beef and mutton) with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste until the meat becomes tender.
    2- Heat the oil and golden fry chopped onions, add ginger garlic and cook for a minute.
    3- Add tomatoes either chopped or paste, Salt, yoghurt, turmeric powder and chilli flakes and cook until tomatoes become soft.
    4- Now add tender meat and cook for 2-3 minutes then add the stock and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    5- Now add chillies and leftover spices, ¼ cup water and simmer.
