1 Kg Chicken
1 Kg Basmati Rice
5 Glass Water
4 Whole Red Chilli
1 Tbsp Fennel
1 Tbsp Whole Coriander
1 Tsp Cumin
4 Green Cardmom
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
1 Star Anise
2 Black Cardmom
1 Onion
1 Whole Garlic
2 Bay Leaf
1 Tbsp Salt
Pulao Ingredients:-
150gr Oil
200gr Onion
10 Garlic Cloves
2 Inch Ginger
2 Black Cardmom
½ Tsp Black Pepper Corn
¼ Nutmeg
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Flower Maice
1 Star Anise
½ Tsp Cumin
6 Cloves
5 Green Cardmom
8 Green Chilli
2 Tomatoes
200gr Curd
2 Tbsp Salt
½ Tsp Kewra Water
