I know Liam isn't that fluent in german, but he really nails it most of the time. Also very cool that Matt, who doesn't speak german at all, was ready to make Zemnian german.
German is my native language and i'm really impressed by how little of an English accent liam has. Most English speakers have a pretty havy accent when learning german, liam doesn't
I fangirled when one of the cats had my name, but I would have a terrible time second-guessing my own name in that accent. My parents just loved the name. Old fashioned.
Oh well. German is my mother tongue and sometimes I don't even recognize when Liam switched languages. But Laurenzia, liebe Laurenzia mein was the best.
I've got auditory processing issues and missed most of these, probably assuming in the moment that he'd said something in English that I just didn't understand but didn't impact the scene. So I really appreciate this!
Same here, but for me it's because I'm not a native english speaker. I love these comilations, because I know what to pay attention to, so I can notice these details

For me, the Katzenprinz was the peak of Caleb being German, not just the accent but the type of story and the way he told it
Lol when he sang 99 luftballons was my favorite part
Campaign 2, episode 42, 2:37:10
@@jordan16254 I tried to find that, but the timestamp isn't it?
@@danielstephens1185 it’s at 2:46 in this video
Him just singing 99 red balloons at 2:50 is golden
fun fact, germans also use the slang 'moin moin' for morning instead of morgen or guten morgen. germans like adopting a lot of other-language slang
It's only 'Moin' 'Moin Moin' is just rambling
@@ntscho_tschi1009 the lady from Dresden I know always says it back to back
@@ntscho_tschi1009 if I was German I would say “moin moin moin moin” because I ramble a lottttt 😂😂
@@Shrugboatt well I'm from more northern parts of Germany where it's just 'Moin'
