i have watched 100s of instructional videos on golf..tennis..pickleball and now table tennis--you are easily the best teacher....i would love to hear your thoughts on the position of the off-arm(non-hitting)..is it impotant as in tennis?..should it remain quiet as possible?..etc..again thks for a great video
that is the point: i always forget to use my legs and waist :\ and i squeeze the abs/stomach and lean back...now I know what is the problem, thank you! I cant do BH loop with power, only the spinny slow shots (and a little bit high). But i dont know, how you can loop heavy backspin shots with this technique :O
Looping heavy backspin can be divided into two scenarios: For lower backspin balls that just barely come off the table, use a slow loop to create a higher arc for better stability. For slightly higher or easier backspin balls, lower your stance and raise your center of gravity during the moment of impact. Focus on using your body to generate upward force, while your wrist primarily snaps forward. My channel has plenty of videos with detailed explanations on looping backspin balls. Feel free to check them out!😁
That's why there is a FH to BH transition and must be practise in multibles so your body becomes familiar with it, with FH you return to your original grip.
Best lesson ever. Been playing for over 10 years and never understood this until you explained it!

@@kakalusercan you post a link on how to deal with heavy underspin balls on both BH and FH
@@kakaluser good explanation
If we lift the thumb for backhand , won't it come in way of playing forehand shot
so you need to slightly adjust grib when change to the forehand, you can check the videos😁
@@kakaluserIs there a similar video of fangobo for forehand?

Forspin ball is easy , but difficult if backspin ball.
