That Typhlosion would been more effective at doing it's job if it had Choice Scarf. But again, there is a lot of reason to run Life Orb on any other attacker. It works on almost every attacker, in fact And this is someone else's trainer team, so... yeah... Also, I swear almost every Johto team has Ampharos
Eruption works well with Choice Scarf, I agree. Life Orb on Typhlosion was the only requested item. Ampharos is a great Electric-type in a Johto team, so I am not surprised to see it.
