I have to say as a local that most of the people shown in the video were tourists. From our perspective, they do not have a good sense of fashion. Also, many are breaking the unwritten rule that it is not OK to walk around on your swimming suit once you step out of the sand. Even if we go topless and nude at the beach, we fully dress when we leave it, please.
