I think the reason why the bridge is kinda moving like there's a wheel is because of the thrust. You see, jet engines have thrust because that's the only way they can move. They aren't connected to a wheel, which is same with aircrafts. It has thrusters, which is the same as jet engines. These turbine engines are so powerful at pushing, they can move such heavy aircrafts.
Reborn, the Hoverbike even if it's floating it's still on the ground, otherwise it wouldn't make sense, it's fine as it is now, and there are no hidden wheels, know that

The devs probably used the same method as other cars to make it easier to deal with because its a new concept and mechanics to the game. You do know about them though right? Also, it's not an invisible wheel, but you can break one or both thrusters of course.
