  • Futsal players must have very well developed all important conditioning segments, specifically the aerobic and anaerobic capacities, the balance and strength.
    The jumps, like plyometric exercises, are explosive movements that you can do to get your blood pumping and improve your strength, power, speed and quickness.
    The Cardio & Jumps workout puts your body improving and testing your strength/power and challenging your cardiovascular fitness.
    Set a timer for 30 second intervals and move right from one exercise to the next. Complete 4 rounds of this 5 exercises and rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.
