Vertical component of electric field to cancel hona chahiye, jaise humne ring m lia tha, agar wire pr koi do point le at same distqnce from mid point of wire to verticle component cancel ho jayenge, batao sir?
Distance change hota rahta hai reference point se jo differential charge consider kiya usse, ye ek generalized formula kuch bhi ho rod ki length uske liye, ring mai distance change nahi hota isliye directly cancel samjh mai ata hai, yaha generalized formula banaya gaya hai jaise rod hogi uske hisab se electric field nikal jati hai
Arrai yaar agar symmetry hoti tou cancel hota hai if we were measuring at bottom then..... How can u cancel
cancel hojata agar hum..middle of the rod ...i.e. rod ke equitorial point pr nikalte... u can use integration to prove that

Sir why we take lower limit=-theta1, why not +theta1 and we take of -ve Ey=(-cos theta2-cos theta1),not (cos theta1-cos theta2) please answer my both doubts.

@@rajdevsingh6158 bhai consider the right angled triangle of x, a and r involving the angle theta and then take tan theta equal to x/a you will find dx=asec^2(theta).d(theta) and then just put it in the equations.... hope it helped you😁🥰😅

@ Nafis it is because angle measured in anticlockwise direction is negative as per the sign convention

If we take elemental rod (dq) in lower part of the rod then theta 1 will be positive and theta 2 will be negative and after integrating answer is also different then which is correct answer?? please tell anyone 🙏🙏
No... The signs of the angles has nothing to do with the element taken. It's based on the reference line (which in this case is, positive if the angle is in clockwise, direction and negative if, anticlockwise ), if one is taken positive other has to be taken negative. After choosing the signs of directions for angles, the sign of direction of the Force will also change accordingly, but the magnitude and the actual direction will remain same and so will the answer.
