Im from Concentrix and this is my first ever BPO, im on transition phase na hopefully i pass the final assessment to be fully endorsed to the production floor. its a struggle at first because i dont have any bpo experience. The struggle with navigating the tools, tho, thats the reason for my long holds 😅 i can relate with your experience.
Hehehe at first, ang hirap talagang i-navigate ng tools, nakakalito. Pero later on, kapag na-master na, mabilis lang pala talaga. Hehe relate. 😂

Hi! May I know the reason why you quit on concentrix?
I'm a newbie in BPO industry, however I'm in product training now. Still I'm not good in building rapport. Is there a chance na makick out po sa company? Or being terminated. I'm having hard time and pressure also because of the feedbacks between my tl and the customer. So di talaga mawala ang detractor. 😞
Hello! Congrats you made it until the product training! Essential sa customer service ang mag-build ng rapport sa customer kasi maraming benefits yan. Magiging palagay ang loob niya sayo, pagkakatiwalaan ka niya, at kahit matagal ka makahanap ng resolution, kapag may connection kayo ng customer, willing maghintay yan.
Hindi ka naman basta-basta mati-terminate kasi product training ka palang, wala ka pa sa production floor. Tsaka kapag nasa production floor ka na, under probationary ka for at least 6 months. After non, saka sila magde-decide whether terminable ka or regular na. Normally, di naman tini-terminate eh. Super rare noon. 100% nare-regular. Super liit ng chance na hindi. Tsaka di ka naman nila pakakawalan basta, baka i-endorse ka lang sa mas madaling account, etc.
Basta wag na wag ka lang a-absent at wag magpapa-late. Yan ang magsi-save sayo kung di ka kagalingan sa production.. lahat naman natututunan eh. It takes time nga lang.
Normal lang magka-detractor. Basta bawiin mo nalang tsaka alamin mo ang reason bakit siya nag-detractor. Para next time aware ka na kung anong gagawin mo. 😊

Hi may I ask, I passed the online assessment in concentrix, then I chose a time slot (March 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM) i was expecting a call, but I didn't receive any calls. Pano po yun?
I mean I chose a time slot kung kelan ako pwede tawagan tas ayan pinili ko, pero di ako tiawagan :(

Na hire ako sa CNX Clark and im from. Pangsinan, they actually offer WAH nag start ako ng training October 18, 2021 and PST namin ngayon. And still kinakabahan padin sa nesting dahil ang dami plng tool ang acc ko haha

Not really. Bibigyan ka pa nila ng chance most likely. Maghahanap ulit sila ng isa pang call tapos gi-gradan ka ulit nila.
