Wow! I have what looks to be the exact same penin black and mine is a snorkel-filler. I'd been trying to find what model mine is; so,it must be a Sentinel from all outward appearances. Yes,very much fun to write with the Sheaffer's upturned nibs! I also have an old Sheaffer with the Triumph(?) inlaid nib;it is a Touchdown filler. Such cool pens! Thank you for sharing your sweet old pen. PS:I have only tried one Herbin ink,Bleu Nuit. It is lighter blue than the one in your video; and,it has very nice shading. Well-behaved and easy to clean. I bought the Herbin ink in a little stationary store in Las Vegas,New Mexico called "Paper"Trail"! It was an emergency purchase but I'm glad I have it as a memory of my visit there. PS:I think the lettering on the vintage Sheaffer's pen-barrel says Fort Madison,Iowa. It's hard to read.
That's cool! I think your's might be an older sentinel maybe. I think the touchdowns are newer than snorkels. Herbin inks are somewhat underrated, I feel. They generally behave very well!
A beautiful classic!
Agreed :)

Hi, Heldin! I have the same pen, in burgundy. A nice and smooth writer fountain pen.
