- Hello everyone! It is finally here! I have been working on different renditions of this formula for several years and I have finally come up with something I am ready to share. This shampoo is super easy to put together as everything goes in the same beaker and it is completely cold process! I use hydrating coconut water and gentle plant based surfactants. In this video, I show you how to make this in a full step by step visual tutorial. Please give this video a "thumbs up" and subscribe to my channel for more content like this!
The full written recipe with percentages and a full written tutorial are available on my Patreon Campaign. you can access this recipe along with two and a half years of archived recipes at the $5 level. Here is the link to my campaign: www.patreon.com/user?u=18602709

I can't wait to make this one. I haven't been able to make anything since January since my hubby passed unexpectedly. But eventually I'll be back at it. Thank you for all you do.
Oh Crystal, I am so very sorry to hear this. Sending healing thoughts and prayers.
It is all clear , love it ☺️👍
LOVE IT! Great recipe! I'm new to your chanel and I'm SO happy I stopped by! New Subbie! Thank you!
Thank you for an amazing video, but I'm wondering - are there any suitable substitutes for the components derived from coconut, as I'm smack-dab in the middle of family members with VERY severe coconut allergies? I appreciate you!
Love this video. I made a bath and body birthday set for my aunt, using your amazing recipes, and she just asked me to make her a hair care set (shampoo, conditioner and leave-in conditioner). Thank you so much for this video. Just in time. ❤❤❤
Fantastic! I am so glad you love the recipes! I think you will also love this shampoo!
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany Made it and LOVED IT!!! ❤️ Your formulations are AMAZING! I really hope you are able to come up with a shampoo recipe where our favorite oils can be added. That would be awesome. Thanks so much for your help and recipes.
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany ma'am please make videos for itching skin 🥺🥺🙏🏿
Thank you for sharing your work with us! can you please tell us if we can substitute SLS surfactant to make it sulfate free formula? thank uuuu
wonderful thank you, I'm a green horn.soap making anyway. the whole time I'm thinking i would never of thought of all those ingredients .I would of tried um aloe vera maybe yukka( I've heard they are their own kind of natural suds) and natural oils there is really alot that goes into it. I'm more a make your own maple syrup type of gal. Great video
Thank you 😊
Love This! Can you substitute the Sulfate with AOS 40 and Coco Betaine? Have you tried this?
Nice video, looking for new shampoo ideas😊
Hi Cory! Beautiful formulation. I think the Freesia Bubble Bath from Brambleberry (It makes great cold process soap too) smells like an old Calgon "take me away" fragrance, but I'm not sure which one, lol! It's been a couple decades sense I used it! Like the 1980's! Jean Nate was a favorite body splash back then too, so I could be mistaken. I know your not near my age so your good, lol! I know this as you still have kids at home, and I'm a grandma X7!
This looks really beautiful and the lather even on your hands looks decedent and creamy! Now you have to come up with a matching conditioner and leave in detangler! People can't live without those. Detanglers are difficult to do without silicone, I don't have an issue with silicone, but some people do. Mine has silicone in it. My original product line was not for humans it was for horses. I got tired of paying the ridiculous prices at 35 and 40$ a bottle for shampoo, conditioner, detangler and braiding fix for my show horses. I'd still get breakage no matter who I bought it from and it didn't smell good either! So, when I retired as a nurse, I took my science knowledge, researched and voila horse products. It didn't take long before my homemade products took off. Then my youngest eczema got way out of control, so homemade soap was next, and so forth, lol!
What drew you to the making of skin care products? (Make a video, I'm sure I'm not the only curious critter)!
Have a wonderful rest of the week!
Jill
Thank you! Yes, conditioner is in the works!
Oh I remember Jean Nate I loved that stuff!
@@meliplay right??
It’s still widely available. 😉
Using a viscosity measurement device.. can help with the getting a consistent viscosity.
Will Definitely ...Try It ... And Will Share This ...
thank you!!
Thank you for sharing I've been making the bars for years but I really do prefer a liquid shampoo
You are welcome!
I prefer Syndat bars or disks myself, but I feel a lot of people prefer liquid shampoo. It took me awhile to get my teens and adult kids to try Syndat disks, but now they won't use anything else. Most people dont realize you can put better ingredients in a Syndat disk than you can in liquid products.
Jill
@@waynegross2113 for travel the discs and bars can't be beat but I just like the liquid for home maybe could be cause it's the one thing I haven't made yet or because it's old school ? Idk what it is really
I really need a good shampoo for color treated hair and something gentle for my hair since I'm losing more hair than i should. Still waiting for your body gel to arrive in the mail.
Love this video💜
I want to add tea tree oil to this recipe, what is the maximum percentage that I can add?
Yes, you can use it in place of the fragrance oil. However, I would start with 0.5-1%
I’m curious about the way that you check the pH. Most of the research that I have read has made a dilution of the product.
Can you use on a oily scalp
Please how can lower the ph of my shampoo to 5.5??
Hi my i ask you what scale you use
Thank you
You are so beautiful ma and your skin is awesome
How much quantity of each ingredient are you adding?
Is there a different gentler surfactant that can be used for people who have color treated hair and don't want sulfates?
Hi, I am working on this currently! I have one in the works it’s just not quite there ☺️
Very nice mam
Hi from Florida. I just love your glass beakers. Where did you purchase them from?
Hi! I got them from Amazon
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany - I guess I should figured that out, smiles. Thank you for the information.
@@jesscardona2335 lol! Amazon has everything these days
could you add apple cider vinegar to this for a more clarifying shampoo? I wear alot of butters and oils in my hair and am looking to make my own clarifying shampoo that will get rid of buildup but still give moisture to my hair..any tips for this?
This is something I am working on!
Does this shampoo hair loss or shedding
Coconut water label write vanilla
Hi Cory. Do you have a good substitute for the Lamesoft?
You could try honeyquat, or liquid silk but it's not going to lend the same results.
I dont understand what you said about the sulphate
This sounds really really nice! I’d love to try it! Will you be selling?
Thank you! I am not sure yet if I’m going to sell it, but I am currently changing up my product line to include newer things!
@@SunshineSoapandCandleCompany I will keep my eyes peeled lol!
Please can you display the name of the items you use
