Years ago, when I was first dating my wife, I found a big box of heroscape in the basement of an apartment she'd moved into, left by the previous tenant. They never came back for it. That exact dragon was there, missing that one wing! I could have been your Cinderella LOL but instead I filled the wing holes, textured and painted the surface, and installed new wings cut from a how to train your dragon McDonald's or similar toy. Also had those two Gatling arm robots, two, some samurai, vikings, army guys, MIBs, bone aliens, eldar looking elves, terrain and tiles, game pieces and chips. Years later, aka, a month ago, I found the exact same set, but more complete, alongside 6 safari dragons, for a mere 10$ at the goodwill. Dragon had both wings and pin. So now I have a juvenile and adult bronze/brass.
That swirling waterspout is for a Harry Potter wand. It slots into a base and you stick the wand in it. I got one of those as part of a gift a while back.
Those Superhero/villain books are excellent finds. The author wrote a blog before the books: Gone & Forgotten where he pokes fun at some superhero stories. Memorable lines included during the Death of Captain Marvel, "Who invited The Hulk to a funeral???"
The fat zombie is from one of those capsule vending machines that used to be in every grocery store. I remember this one being a dollar and I'm sure I put more than $20 into that machine.
Kinda sad for me seeing lost bits of Hersocape, but at the same time it is good to see them found. Also, those hard plastic castle bits are also Heroscape pieces.
the castle bits shown at 7:35 are actually also Heroscape terrain, the notches are designed for them to stick into the sides of the hexes standing upwards
The League of Regrettable Superheroes & The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains are fun books. I used to have the Loot Crate Editions. They are essentially 1/3rd of the full books. I eventually got the full versions. And the 3rd book about sidekicks. They're very enjoyable reads.
6:47 is a base, of sorts, to hold these miniature metal Harry Potter wands. It does have a square base it connects to, and you stick the wand in it. Sounds weird, I know.
That skeleton isn't Tim Mee, it's from Tomb Warrior by Toy Major. Not sure if it's more paintable than a Tim Mee though. The castle they did for that line is so awesome.
That D&D DVD has 9 episodes out of 27. Definitely worth watching. The complete box set with all 27 episodes. Also included the unmade 28th episode, kinda sorta "restored" so you can see how it ends. I know the restored/finished episode is also available on TH-cam.

Turn those little dragons into statues, by adding statue bases and paint to your preference.
Maybe you can take one of the mega block dragon heads and use the one wing and make it like a stone statue on a Gothic style castle
