Well, they sing, that they want to play music to show their souls. Perhaps that's what touches my soul. Over this they seem to be extremely talented, the way the treat their Instruments. But at last it isn't perfection but the showing their soul in their music what hits me. I can feel what they play - something that doesn't happen that often to me.

I'm glad you discussed this 👍.. actually there are many Muslim communities with different streams in Indonesia.. the people in the village they come from, most of them are a hard-line and anti-tolerance Islamic group.. they bully young VOB every day to break up this band.. they said that Muslim women could not play music (haram), especially rock and metal.. that was a betrayal and an insult to Islam.. there was only 1 schoolteacher who protected the VOB metal 🤟dreams .. coincidentally the teacher used to be in a rock band too... just for info, our indonesian president (Jokowi) is a true metal head.. all of us Indonesians know the facts, but he cannot openly say it in public because he avoids negative political issues from these hard-line Muslim groups..
