please omg to any young girls watching, never leave your tampon on overnight or while sleeping. it is so dangerous and could lead to tss, which can cause extreme damage to your body and even losing your life. it’s important to change your tampon at least every 3-4 hours!! i hope this helps in case anyone wasn’t aware! 💗

This is not correct. You change your tampon every 4-6 hours or whenever you feel it get heavy/uncomfy. You can’t leave it in for more than 8 hours which can lead to TSS. Although possible, it only affects every 1 in 100,000 women

You can sleep with a tampon inside. Just not longer than 8 hours. TSS is so rare most doctors will go their whole career and never see a case of it. Don't be afraid of them.

I’m in my mid twenty’s and when I graduated high school I didn’t know what I wanted to do in college. After going for years and taking prerequisites I stopped going because I was unsure. After my brain fully developed I know what I want to do & that’s okay! I feel like people are rushed into going to college and choose to do what they don’t want. Plenty of adults are going back to school at my age.

You shouldn’t sleep with a tampon in. I recommend wearing the Always ultra thin overnight size 4 pads while sleeping. The ultra thin pads don’t feel like diapers. If you leave a tampon in for 8+ hours you could get a bacterial infection.
