Only 4 joiners hero skills count. And these are selected according to their skill level and place. If all joiners have 5 level hero skills then 5. Joiners hero wont matter. But if 4. Joiner has 4 level skill and 5. has 5 level skill then game will select 5. Joiner as bonus skill
