I've finished this beautiful pattern today and love it. The repetitive movements felt like meditation, perfect to wind down at the end of a day. I still need to cut the fringes and am a little scared to mess up the look but with the tape and a new pair of scissors it should work. Thank you so much for sharing this - loved the music too.

I'm having a problem making the clove hitch knots. My knots don't look like yours when I am done. Do you have another video that explains how to tie them? Your work is very beautiful. This is my first macrame piece so I am struggling a little. Update: I was able to see what I was doing wrong. I wasn't holding the working cord at the right angle when I tied the knot. It depends on the thickness of the rope and the pattern used. Usually, It requires 5 to 6 times the finished size. But because it is used by folding it in half, it actually needs 10 to 12 times. If you’re going to use a 5mm rope,
you should use a longer wooden stick
and longer cords.
It is not easy to estimate
the length of the rope used accurately.
It depends on the thickness of the rope
and the pattern used.
Usually, It requires 5 to 6 times
the finished size.
But because it is used by folding it
in half, it actually needs 10 to 12 times.
To measure the exact size
of the rope you need,
you can make one pattern and
calculate the length of the rope reduced.

@@LETBE im confused a bit with the sizes of the cord. So you cut 250 cm of rope then fold it in half which will give you 125cm or do you cut the rope of 500cm then fold it in half so you get 250cm?

문의 드릴게 있어요. 저는 3.3mm 끈으로 마지막 다이아 몬드 무늬 520cm로 재단 했는데 베리매듭전 감아매기부터 좀 짧아서 (4줄 정도는 길고 ) 베리매듭 겨우 했는데 얼마나 더 길이 추가 해야 할까요? (목봉 굵기가 3.5~4cm지름이에요.)

밑에부분 가위로 자르기전 테이프를 붙이고 잘랐는데.. 실을 당겨서 테이프를 붙인것도 아니였는데 자르고 보니
