Idk man about u using bloodsweeper. I think it's not good item in domination form . U used just one time for gave this item a chance? Can u tell me why

The only reason for going bloodsweeper is because of the sustain and the passive.
It also helps with your second skill heal. (Also very cheap item)
An alternative to that would be using destiny
