I was introduced to Christianity via the charismatic movement. I later got my BA Theo. I'm half Jewish (Mum) and was brought up in a kosher house. In Galatians one fruit of the Holy Spirit is self-control. Being a missionary in Asia, I saw the Buddhists, Hindus and animists doing the same things through Kundalini.
Well one thing they did not teach you in Bible School obviously was that we do not make Doctrine out of some other religions experience. We make New Testament Doctrine from the scriptures. I don't care if you saw it in 20 different countries it does not make it a Doctrine. Stop demonizing the work of the holy spirit in people's lives. It's wicked and it's ungodly and it's on christ-like. It's very close to blaspheming the Holy Spirit
I personally went to two different Bible colleges and I've been in full-time Ministry for 35 years and it traveled administered over 1,200 churches. However getting a bachelor's degree in theology means absolutely zero in the kingdom of God. Zero.
I agree. I chose not to be indoctrinated by theological institutes, but learnt critical thinking. Testing all things. Honestly tongues and other excesses scared me.
I know Hebrew, Greek and Latin. My doctrine is sound. The best measuring stick to gauge these fake christians is look at the life of Jesus and compare it to the lives of prosperity preachers. You need to view Justin Peters Clouds Without Waters teachings.
Fruits with gifts and confirmation. Test all spirits to know if they are of God.. and don't let just anyone lay hands on you.. focus on Jesus and not on your emotions or desires.. Your right that the devil is a liar and a deceiver..

But when i walk into a church where theres no repentence preached but only prosperity and then the people start jerking and barking uncontrollably, then its nice to understand that its due the preacher practicing yoga in church and that hes operating under a religious spirit or a python spirit helping him as a false prophet or even from the hindu spirit / kundalini. Would u agree please?
Not everything we disagree with is a spirit. Sometimes it’s the flesh and sometimes the Holy Spirit does strange things. We know in church history that there have been strange manifestations of the Holy Spirit for the last 2000 years. If you saw Jesus walking on water and there was no scripture for it and there was no repentance preached, no one was saved, would you say that was witchcraft or a demon spirit? Or was it just a sign in the wonder for those present?

When I see in my church some one vigorously shaking and can’t control them selfs and same thing is happening with them new agers and Hindu people I can’t accept That for a holy spirit
It might be the Holy Spirit it might not be the Holy Spirit, but it's definitely not a "Kundalini Spirit" which is nowhere mentioned anywhere in the scriptures. So give them Grace just like you want God to give you Grace and then you'll both be safe. If you give them judgement then that's what you get back yourself.
@@TomSCARRELLAministries You are ignoring another problem and that problem is that you don't address that point of the new agers and Hindus. I believe there is an Antichrist spirit and the test is given from what is confessed about Jesus. Also the negative after effects (after effects, not before effects) reported by specifically believers of depression and various things that ended them in a psych ward shouldn't be ignored but figured out. The after effects appear to be bad spirits hoping to scare or lure one away from The Precious Holy Spirit. My theory: The "something else" whether kundalini or whatever powers of darkness goes against and after believers because it knows they need to live by the Spirit so it tries to stop that process as soon as possible. You ignoring even the possibility of this may be a disservice.
Cast it out! Take authority in the name of Jesus and command that thing to go, if the person is deceived and believes the Holy Spirit acts that way in such aggressive compulsive and uncontrollable manners, just pray for What is “not” of the Lord Jesus Christ and of the Kingdom of God to Come out. And you will see freedom come for the person. We walk in power, cast out devils, baptize people in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues, prophecy, words of knowledge, healings and miracles. But when people are open to receive, and have not discerned, but only seemed experience; that is what they will get. Counterfeit Holy Spirit imitators. A great Visual example I like to show is “7 Days Adventure with God , by The Last Reformation” on TH-cam. We see aggressive manifestions, then we cast out, and then the true Holy Ghost comes with peace that is visual and very different . Wake up my people, even the elect will be deceived
Whether it's a Kundalini Spirit or whatever there's no question that some of the false revivals we've seen in the past people have been filled with something besides the Holy Spirit and had bizarre manifestations like growing and slithering on the ground like a snake howling laughing uncontrollably shaking their head... Actually if you compare those manifestations to a Kundalini yoga session they're almost exactly the same.... Andrew Strom has done an excellent documentary on the subject
All you have to do is look through church history, and you will see that in every single revival since the book of acts, there has been strange manifestations, such as laughter, weeping, falling down, rolling in the floor. All of these manifestations of the Holy Spirit have been in every single revival for 2000 years.
@@TomSCARRELLAministries I've never read those accounts but have you seen the manifestations people received after having people like Todd Bentley lay hands on them? Or after going through fire tunnels. I can't believe that the Holy Spirit would cause people to slither on the ground like a snake or bark like a dog or imitate a Kundalini Awakening in a yoga meeting.
@@TomSCARRELLAministries of course if someone is sitting at their house and ask God to fill them with the Holy Spirit obviously he's not going to give someone a Kundalini or other spirit but if you go to a meeting where someone is passing on those spirits and they lay hands on you it's possible to get another spirit
Please explain this passage: 2 Corinthians 11:3, 4 - " But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or *if you receive a different spirit which you have not received*, or a different gospel which you have not accepted- you may well put up with it". There exists, apparently, the possibility of a believer who has honestly received the Holy Spirit to, by way of deception and lack of discernment, receive a "different spirit". I agree people should not be frightened away from the real gift of the Holy Spirit , but we need to take heed of what kind of spirits are influencing us in the name of Jesus. To call all words of caution "crap" I believe does a disservice to the body of Christ. After all, crap can often be useful as fertilizer.. so can objections made by "religious" people serve as necessary checks on our spiritual walk. "Examine yourself.. take heed" .. New Testament scripture is full of such words. We are never so spiritual that we are immune to deception.. The more we advance, the greater the peril of spiritual pride.
For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received. Look at the little s and BIG S in this. If it doesn't line up With the word of God then discard it and move on. Probably one reason for the little spirit in this verse. When I was in high school I met a man called "Sam the prophet" I had been a Christian for about 5 years at the time, Sam was teaching another doctrine, not necessarily from the bible (Word), Twisted. I knew enough to stay away and explained to others in my youth group why Sam was wrong. I also told them to watch what his works would do for him. It was not good over all. Sam had another spirit other than the Spirit, the Holy spirit. It was what he wanted.
I would be careful of labeling those who earnestly want to discern the truth and are concern with the incalculable amount of false teaching and degradation of Christianity through the charismatic movement as doing it to control or to make money. Standing up agains some of these recent trends in Christianity is actually what gets you less followers in most cases. As for fear, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and there is a healthy spiritual path which includes fear of God when discerning what is true. Be fair and consider the words said here. Agreed . We ask for Holy Spirit and already have him in- dwelling and empowering us. After Pentecost, no one asked for “more” euphoric manifestations. The Bible- in context -never describes the out of control manifestations we see in the Pentecostal church today. Period. There is not one person praying for or seeking those things.
To many professing believers to to do anything but sit in their Pew during a service is considered out of control, weird emotionalism. The Holy Spirit the apostles recieved on the day of Pentecost is just as powerful in filling Gods' new born children with joy today as it was then. Usually, i've found that the professing christians who complain of emotionalism in Pentecostal churches do so because they haven't recieved the Holy Spirit yet. They think they have because their churches teach them that the moment they believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord, and ask Jesus into their hearts that they recieved the Holy Spirit right then quietly with no outward sign whatsoever that the God of the universe has entered their body. That's not what the Word says. The Holy Spirit is to be asked for and is recieved as a result of the Holy Spirit baptism. Three times the book of Acts records believers Recieving the Holy Spirit and in all three instances the first thing that happened was that they spoke in " tongues" which isn't multiple earthly languages but one spiritual language Paul refers to as the " unknown tongue" in 1Cor.14:2. Imagine standing before Jesus on that great day and telling Him that you saw no evidence in His Word that when a believer recieved the Holy Spirit the first thing that happened was that they spoke in " tongues" ?
@@robertnieten7259 You are following a teaching from Paul. Jesus is the way to the Kingdom. You need to read John chapters 14,15, and 16 to see the real works of the Holy Spirit. If tongues was so important why didn't Jesus speak about this in Revelation. Tongues in Acts 2 is completely different than the tongues Paul prophesses with his doctrine. A doctrine that is not at all similar to our Lord Yeshua. Pray for wisdom brother.
@@TheShutterbug1968 Jesus didn't mention speaking in " tongues" in the gospel according to John because it wasn't necessary to mention it until after the Holy Spirit was given at Pentecost. The Bible often explains things as they occur. The speaking in " tongues" Paul speaks about has two operations: 1) The born again believers private prayer language, " He that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks to God not man for NO man understands him howbeit in the spirit he speaks mysteries" ( 1Cor.14:2 ) -and - " He that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself" ( 1Cor.14:4 ) 2) The gift of speaking in tongues which works together with a believer with the gift of interpretation for the edification of a church body or gathering. The first is the believers prayer language that edifies only themselves, which all believers speak in as a result of the Holy Spirit baptism. The prayer language isn't one of the gifts of the Spirit because Paul said that the purpose of the spiritual gifts are to edify the church not the individual believer only.
Is this referring to the manifestations of people under the “holy spirit?” When peoples heads and sometimes are shaking insanely fast and seem to have no control over it. Because that’s very disturbing especially for people who have seizures. They wouldn’t see that as a manifestation of Gods Holy Spirit. The scriptures say to test the spirits because the worlds cults also speak in tongues. Just like Yoga crept into the church, so can other kingdoms especially with yoga.
If you study church history at all, you will note that every single revival for 2000 years has had strange signs and wonders and manifestations of the Holy Spirit. There is not one single revival you can name that does not have these characteristics. Even evangelical revivals all had strange manifestations of the Holy Spirit. However, for someone who doesn’t understand some thing, to call it, a demon, is not only foolish, but very naïve of scripture in church history.
Many of what protestant church members see as out of control behavior in pentecostal churches is actually how joy is expressed. To express joy is to act out of character you are so happy. In Acts ch.2, upon recieving the Holy Spirit, some of the believers were accused of being drunk by some in the crowd, not because of what they were saying, but how they were acting, that's joy. Some babes in Christ need to be guided by pastors on displaying their joy in more approapriate ways. Lastly, speaking in " tongues" is speaking in one spiritual language that first occurs as confirmation to those present that believers' have recieved the Holy Spirit.
Yeah, so scripture says that speaking in tongues is a sign to the unbeliever. It’s a sign of the new creation. It’s a sign that somebody has been filled with the Holy Spirit. That’s the purpose of it.
What if people went to the false preacher (blind man) and get impartation from that false teacher? Did they still ask our heavenly father or false teacher? People these day don't discern the teacher but just believe whatever they saying if they show miracles, signs and wonders. Bible says to us we need to discern the spirit. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

We need to discern. That is all I'm saying if you think you can't be deceived, I think that is pride so you likely can be deceived. If your tongue is legit, holy spirit will guide you to all truth.
God is not the god of confusion. I think the Bible is clear about the gift of tongues and it's directed to God not to man. To glorify and to pray to God, not to be a voice box for God to the people. You must also ask yourself one question, why do you want to receive the gift of tongues?
1 Corinthians 14:21-22 In the law it is written: “With men of other tongues and other lips I will speak to this people; And yet, for all that, they will not hear Me,” says the Lord. Therefore tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe but to unbelievers; but prophesying is not for unbelievers but for those who believe.
Plus we want to speak in tongues because it's a gift Jesus Christ died to give His Church... Paul didn't say, don't speak in tongues, in fact he said not to forbid speaking in tongues
Yes when we ask Jesus to baptise us in the Holy Spirit the promise of the Father He will do that. However there is a Kundalini Spirit in a lot of churches where people writhe on the floor, shake their heads, bark like a dog and call it the Holy Spirit. We still need to discern what we are seeing. We are told to test the spirits to see whether they are of God. It is not so cut and dried as there is a lot of deception in the church these days which we were warned of by Jesus and all the NT writers. A leader who lets this false spirit into a church has a lot to answer for.
@@TomSCARRELLAministries The nearest you get is a python spirit which the Kundalini spirit probably is by the way they describe the manifestations. The bible doesn't give an exhausting list of all the satanic powerful spirits but that doesn't mean they are not around. I am afraid that some of them are disguised as christian spirits and in some places have made inroads even in the church. A lot of ex new agers know what it is as they have experienced it even as non christians and now they are christians they have their guard up to avoid churches that manifest this stuff. You threaten us with judgement for going against the Holy Spirit but we are simply trying to find the right path forward. The Bereans were commended for doing this.
The problem I see is people have honestly received from God his spirit. But these revealers of a new anointing (Toronto Blessing) are “imparting” a different thing. Their adherents are not asking God to fill them with His Spirit, they are receiving this (whatever it is) from deceiving teachers, from their impartation.
They are saying its the holy spirit, but it isn't. Acts 2 wasn't gibberish but all the charismatics push the infilling as a secret prayer language. It's not the holy spirit and their messages are garbage. I pray that no one turns to any one denomination but Justin Peter's and bezelt3 & fighting for the faith & messed up church have good videos revealing the truth about this charismatic hype. I dont agree with everything they teach but they have a lot of truth.
Well, thank you for the video post, however the bible says to test all spirits and not all spirits come from God. Moreover we shall know them by their fruits. Now the fruits of the Spirit are these Gal 5:22. I think there are false gifts/tounges/fruits. Truth is the way tongues are practiced in church will give you a good clue about their origin. Paul instructed the church on this. But everyday in pentecostal churches all you see and hear is shaking and vibrating and yelling....confusion. I therefore don’t think if you are born of the Spirit you should feel condemned or question what God has given you, in truth you should be bold and rest in the confidence of the LORD. There are fake/false tongues and there is such a kundalini spirit...one good sign is the struggle you have when this spirit is in you goose bumps, kick in the stomach before speaking in tongues, warm fuzz all over the body and feeling light headed, jerking and no interpretation in church. Just to mention a few things. Open for discussion and bible study.
Yeah there's too many things wrong with your post for me to even begin to help you straighten these out. Every tongue given was not always interpreted. Read acts chapter 2 or even acts chapter 19, and although tongues were given there was no interpretation. I've done several videos on the subject and you are more than welcome to go back and watch some of those if you have interest
And you are right, there needs to be fruit but not at the exception of gifts. Paul never made us decide which one we'd rather have gifts or fruits. And there is no Bible evidence of a khundalini spirit

At the inception of the church by rising from the dead of our Lord Jesus Christ, there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and speaking of diverse tongues as a sign for those who were around however speaking in tongues in an assembly must be interpreted without exception and it is a sign for believers for the body to be edified built up. Speaking in tongues is not fruit. It is a gift. Initial outpouring was not the norm as you have shown in Act 19. Paul says that when one walks in finding you speaking in tongues from all angles without interpretation will think ‘crazy people’. 🤔

Let us study the scriptures together. However the word kundalini is not in the bible as much as the word trinity is not. The issue here is that there are bad/devil spirits in this world and they have different names which many i don’t know. I think you are accommodating unscriptural and unholy spirits which paport to be of God but they are not. Many people who are having these experiences/spirit are the most tormented in the church.
Can someone tell me what speaking in tongues feels like? I don't seem to have any HS gifts and lack self-esteem. I was RC but left and feel lost. Going to Pentacostal church but doesn't feel right. This church doesnt do writhing, speaking in tongues, dancing etc.
Thank you. I have been concerned about this issue lately. I didn't know anything like "false tongues" and the "Kundalini spirit" existed until lately. I received the gift of "tongues" many years ago when I was a teenager. I often pray in tongues and feel a great deal of peace and faith in God when I do so. But recent teaching about this subject has made me uncertain thinking maybe I have been deceived all these years. I'm sorry to be swayed by "every wind of doctrine" Ephesians 4:14.
You ask the heavenly father for his Holy Spirit and that's what you received. You have received exactly what you asked for. We set you free of the condemnation in this foolish teaching that is out there that you did not receive exactly what you asked for. Bless you my friend
It’s a kundalini spirit. The verse is saying to ask for the Holy Spirit not a gift. God will give you the gift that He wants ti give you and what is required to minister to the Church. All gifts are used to edify and to teach and exhort . God bless you.
I utter in the spirit not so much words more like my lips bump together with bababababa and the stuff i heard they were making my sound as though its fake but there is no way because it only happens when im intimately praying or praise and worshiping its as if im crying out in the holy spirit as a direct cry to God.
Keep it up ... for Lord Jesus also faced the same accusation. Mark 3:22 The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons.”

Absolutely speaking in tongues is of God. God showed it in his word in the New Testament and it still occurs today. There is no reference to any Kundalini spirit in the scriptures or any false tongues in the scriptures. None
@@TomSCARRELLAministries thanks Tom, what I don’t understand in Acts 2 we have more than just tongues spoken. We have a mighty rushing wind and flames resting on those that spoke in these tongues. Also it is a language that is understood by men in their native tongue. Why does Paul and only Paul say contrary to much of this. He says tongues are spoken not to men but to God. Also today I haven’t observed this wind and/or the flames resting on those that speak. In Acts 2 there is no need for an interpreter because they all understand in their own language. Paul does not align with the Acts 2 account. And tongues today do not align with the Acts 2 account. Can you help me with this please? Much appreciated! Blessings in Christ.
@@TheShutterbug1968 yes because the babbling today is not the tongues of acts nor the tongues paul preaches about in 1 Corinthians 14 . That whole chapter pul is speaking of tongues and the greek term is glossa meaning foreign language period. You had so many different languages coming to Corinth. God used the gift in paul of the ability to speak foreign language to the gentiles. Why is that ? Because Paul was called to be the apostle to all gentiles meaning any who was not an Israelite. Paul plainly states : 1 Corinthians 14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. In the old testament God gave his truth only to Israel. After their multiple rejection and going after idol gods . Yahweh scatters Israel to four winds beginning with southern Israel to Babylon and king Nebuchadnezzar. Then he scatters the ten northern tribes of Israel to the Assyrian army. Some are sold into slavery to other places They stay scattered so long they take on the customs , languages and religion of their captors. How's God going to get the word to all these unbelievers. Well Acts 2 the apostles are gifted with the ability to speak all these foreign koine greek dialects. They were hearing their own dialect. Acts 2:8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born? They weren't hearing babbling confusion. No where in the bible is tongues defined as babble language. It is always defined in the greek term glossa meaning foreign language. 1 Corinthians 14:10-11 [10]There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification. (All voices have an understanding or meaning.) [11]Therefore if I know not the meaning (understanding) of the voice, ( Without translation) I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me. As far as praying Paul preaches against praying without understanding. 1 Corinthians 14:13-15 [13]Wherefore let him that speaketh in an (unknown) tongue pray that he may interpret. [14]For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful. [15]What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. By the way the word unknown is italicized meaning the 16th century scribes added the word. It's nowhere in the original text. Paul says when he prays he does so with the spirit (breath) of understanding and he will sing with the spirit (breath) of understanding. I was raised in the Pentecostal movement I did babble but once I began to study deeper. The word did not line up with what Pentecostalism teaches concerning tongues (glossa)
My pastor told us recently how we’re going to hell for not paying tithes. I guess God charges a fee to get out of hell? That will put fear in people to pay up even if you don’t have money to pay your bills. We paid our tithes faithfully in our younger years and lost a new car we got. Paid bills late because we paid tithes. I thought God would open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing. That verse is talking about rain I found out. Tithes was food grown so God blessed them with rain.
I think there is a Kundilini spirit in practicing Hindus, But NOT in a Christian If you ask God for bread will He give you a stone? NO How much more will He give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him.

Almost every revival since the book of acts as had manifestations of the Holy Spirit. Shaking was a common one, even in the methodists as well as the pentecostals, and it was a manifestation Of the Holy Spirit. Stop being afraid of the devil. He is not as powerful as hes told you.

yeah i had the enemy try to put fear thoughts in my head like are you sure this is Holy spirit speaking or stuff like what if im cursing in an other language or something i shouldn't say. but i dont take the thought and just keep doing it
Problem is people speak from no experience.. Some do these falling outs (fainting and shaking on the ground stuff) are in the flesh (for attention/money) but other times these crazy things are demons.. Go to Africa/South America and places like that, you will see them.. It is not possible for regular tiny people to be so strong, etc..!
Some people were praying for me in church to receive the Holy Spirit. To my surprise, I began speaking in tongues for the first time. There's no way I was imitating anything, because I couldn't do that before. Also, my finger tips on my left hand would begin tingling after 10 minutes or so, and this continued for many months afterwards. That night I still had some doubts about what had happened, and prayed that God would show me what was going on. I had a dream that I was standing in front of a doorway cut out of rock. On the other side of the door was a horrible looking barren landscape, and there was a little girl there, standing at the doorstep. Between us was a transparent membrane. We both were trying to get her through to my side, and we put our hands together, touching the membrane between us with our fingertips (it was my left hand), and were able to clasp hands and I pulled her through to my side. She was sitting on my lap, and I suddenly knew she was an evil spirit. She looked up at me and said 'thankyou for getting me out of that place that goes on and on and on'. I wanted her to go back, but pretended as if everything was ok. That was my dream. I prayed every day for at least half an hour, well over a year. In the months following, I noticed: -I would not get dreams anymore (I used to have quite a lot of dreams about Jesus) -I didn't like alcohol anymore. (wasn't getting drunk anymore at that stage, but still had social drinks) -Finger tips on left hand would tingle, at first when speaking in tongues, and then it began randomly. At first I was excited about it, but in time I had a growing uneasy feeling and preferred not to have that sensation. Also, when in that church the tingling would begin. -My life ultimately did not change. Hard to admit, but I would be making stuff up if I said it had. I still have PTSD. I am still angry and get down a lot. -Some of those people in that church- I have uneasy feelings about them too. One in particular - a "Holy Spirit guy" -I internally recoil to when he is around. Others have same feeling about him, and I've once caught him lying about getting a revelation from God about me. -Paranormal experiences I had encountered before this did not stop. So, what's going on? It was definitely a real spiritual thing, but I don't know if good or bad. Like you said, I asked for the Holy Spirit so much before and was desperate. But because of the above, I'm not sure it was.
I am not sure with your individual testimony or dream, but I do know that if we ask the father for the Holy Spirit then just as he promised, we will receive exactly the gift of the Holy Spirit. Be encouraged that you have received from your heavenly father because he loves you and wants to give you good things
The tongues in Acts is completely opposite to the one Pauls speaks of in Corinthians. So I discount Paul on so many accounts. Tongues fell on the Apostles (only 12), and I don't see anything after this other than Paul and the priestess who followed Paul in Acts. Her main job was to interpret tongues and convulse on the floor to give a revelation. How interesting it is exactly what we see today in some of these charismatic churches. God does not bring fear like this. Pray to God and he will lead you in Truth. I'll give you a hint Paul is not a real Apostle but contradicts many of Jesus teachings. Bless you. Praying for you.

Fear and doubt are Satan's weapon to gain entry into a believer's life. He can easily deceive and manipulate you through those entries When you asked for the baptism of the Holy Ghost, was it Jesus you asked? If it wasn't Jesus you have cause to be worried but if it was Jesus, the Bible makes it clear it is what you ask you'll receive. As for the guy who told you lies, might be that he's walking in the flesh, doesn't mean he doesn't have the Holy Spirit... Even genuine Prophets make mistakes sometimes. Doesn't mean they are false. Stay with the word of God. Read with intention to be transformed and that your mindset aligns with the word of God. He was very conditional, but with Paul's teachings you have been selected since before the foundation of the world. Yes they even had interpreters. WOW, just like today. Who needs an interpreter when we have the Word in every language. Also, ask yourself this question about the girl. Why would a demon possessed girl go around claiming that Paul has given them a way of salvation? A demon would not do this as they all know their fate. Why didn't the demons do this to Jesus???The demons and Jesus know their fate already. So why would they follow Paul and proclaim this? Because of the false gospel message Paul preached? Maybe you need to open your eyes to see. The Holy Spirit comes in Truth and does not glorify Himself, but was sent to glorify Jesus. Hello, blessings in the Lord. Tom, this was awesome! I wonder what your thoughts on deliverance ministries that teach born again Christians need to be delivered of demons on a continual basis. I personally haven't found any scripture in the new testament that would support us having to cast demons out of our brothers and sisters in Christ and go through hours of deliverance prayer, naming all the demons and their strong man, gate keepers ect. If I'm wrong, could you please give your input and the scriptures I may have missed about this? Love your down to earth teaching Tom.
I heard a deliverance gospel and at first thought it was good until the pastor started calling out "demons" of his people! It sounded like Hell on Earth! I couldn't listen to it anymore!

I have a problem with churches speaking in tongues and slaying in the spirit and justify it with scripture. I just don't get that from the scriptures. Amen ? There is no value to my walk with the Lord.

The Lord will reveal all that needs to be brought to light, the kundalini spirit is just another term for a demonic spirit working through religion. Amen. I saw a video maybe 10 years ago where a guy was saying jesus was a yogi. They got that from the verse where jesus says take my yoke. And they go off of a picture of a guy modeling to be jesus holding up a peace sign with his fingers or crossing his fingers, saying that is a montra or mudra if I am saying that right.
Well I really feel out of touch. Never heard of "Kundalini Spirits". Guess I better find out. I was just looking for information about Pentacostals and if their speaking in tongues could actually be channeling something other than the Holy Spirit. Please read Acts 2:38. The gift of tongues is not the only gift God has given to His people. We're all different with different gifts. There are 9 gifts. You're blessed and you must continue knowing you're chosen.
The denominations were against tongues originally and yes some said it was from the devil. We know that is not true but there are meetings attributed to the Holy Spirit which I have doubts about personally and I would call myself a pentecostal.

If you are a born again Christian than, like it or not, your at war and you need to be battle ready at all times. Ephesians 6:12 For we are not fighting against flesh and blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Every revival you can quote had these manifestations of the Spirit in them... every one of them. It all brought freedom and a demonstration of the Spirit. Did you know that in heaven there’s only one time in scripture that it says there was silence in heaven for 30 minutes? Heaven is allowed place of joy. It’s not just a place of silence. Your religious background of evangelical Christianity has been completely full of emphasis on silence. However when you go to a football game or an event, there is no competition to see who can be the quietest. Life usually means noise. When a baby is born and the doctor is looking for noise, that’s a sign of life. The doctor doesn’t say, if there we could have some silence from this child then will know there’s life. Do not worry, I am not about to let down my guard/ As Rick Renner teaches that we should be on our guard at all times against Satan and his followers. But, we should never be afraid to do what God tells us, for He still talks to you today apart from the Bible. He knows more than we do and He knows how to get the job done when we don't.
Of course you should be on guard against Satan; submit yourself to God, which is what Renner teaches, resist the devils, and, then, the devil will flee from you. We don’t live in the old testament we live in the New Testament. We don’t worship God with killing goats or cows are sacrificing blood in Jerusalem. Jesus died for all of our sins for all eternity. Speaking in tongues is the ability to speak in foreign languages without studying them. This is how God was able to spread spread the gospel to other countries. He gave the apostles the gift of speaking foreign languages so each could hear the gospel in his own language. It isn't some strange language of confusion like Babel.

In doing research on kundalini (note I will not capitalize it) spirit, I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a kundalini spirit. It is all a falsehood created by the cessatonists in order to add validity to their heresy.

I was introduced to Christianity via the charismatic movement. I later got my BA Theo. I'm half Jewish (Mum) and was brought up in a kosher house. In Galatians one fruit of the Holy Spirit is self-control. Being a missionary in Asia, I saw the Buddhists, Hindus and animists doing the same things through Kundalini.
Well one thing they did not teach you in Bible School obviously was that we do not make Doctrine out of some other religions experience. We make New Testament Doctrine from the scriptures. I don't care if you saw it in 20 different countries it does not make it a Doctrine. Stop demonizing the work of the holy spirit in people's lives. It's wicked and it's ungodly and it's on christ-like. It's very close to blaspheming the Holy Spirit
I personally went to two different Bible colleges and I've been in full-time Ministry for 35 years and it traveled administered over 1,200 churches. However getting a bachelor's degree in theology means absolutely zero in the kingdom of God. Zero.

Bible college is not the equivalent of anointing by God. You teach the doctrines of demons and you will be held accountable.

But when i walk into a church where theres no repentence preached but only prosperity and then the people start jerking and barking uncontrollably, then its nice to understand that its due the preacher practicing yoga in church and that hes operating under a religious spirit or a python spirit helping him as a false prophet or even from the hindu spirit / kundalini. Would u agree please?
Not everything we disagree with is a spirit. Sometimes it’s the flesh and sometimes the Holy Spirit does strange things. We know in church history that there have been strange manifestations of the Holy Spirit for the last 2000 years. If you saw Jesus walking on water and there was no scripture for it and there was no repentance preached, no one was saved, would you say that was witchcraft or a demon spirit? Or was it just a sign in the wonder for those present?

You are ignoring another problem and that problem is that you don't address that point of the new agers and Hindus.
I believe there is an Antichrist spirit and the test is given from what is confessed about Jesus. Also the negative after effects (after effects, not before effects) reported by specifically believers of depression and various things that ended them in a psych ward shouldn't be ignored but figured out. The after effects appear to be bad spirits hoping to scare or lure one away from The Precious Holy Spirit.
My theory: The "something else" whether kundalini or whatever powers of darkness goes against and after believers because it knows they need to live by the Spirit so it tries to stop that process as soon as possible. You ignoring even the possibility of this may be a disservice.
Cast it out! Take authority in the name of Jesus and command that thing to go, if the person is deceived and believes the Holy Spirit acts that way in such aggressive compulsive and uncontrollable manners, just pray for What is “not” of the Lord Jesus Christ and of the Kingdom of God to Come out. We walk in power, cast out devils, baptize people in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in tongues, prophecy, words of knowledge, healings and miracles. Whether it's a Kundalini Spirit or whatever there's no question that some of the false revivals we've seen in the past people have been filled with something besides the Holy Spirit and had bizarre manifestations like growing and slithering on the ground like a snake howling laughing uncontrollably shaking their head... Actually if you compare those manifestations to a Kundalini yoga session they're almost exactly the same.... Andrew Strom has done an excellent documentary on the subject
All you have to do is look through church history, and you will see that in every single revival since the book of acts, there has been strange manifestations, such as laughter, weeping, falling down, rolling in the floor. All of these manifestations of the Holy Spirit have been in every single revival for 2000 years.

Please explain this passage: 2 Corinthians 11:3, 4 - " But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or *if you receive a different spirit which you have not received*, or a different gospel which you have not accepted- you may well put up with it". There exists, apparently, the possibility of a believer who has honestly received the Holy Spirit to, by way of deception and lack of discernment, receive a "different spirit". I agree people should not be frightened away from the real gift of the Holy Spirit , but we need to take heed of what kind of spirits are influencing us in the name of Jesus. To call all words of caution "crap" I believe does a disservice to the body of Christ. After all, crap can often be useful as fertilizer.. so can objections made by "religious" people serve as necessary checks on our spiritual walk. "Examine yourself.. take heed" .. New Testament scripture is full of such words. We are never so spiritual that we are immune to deception.. The more we advance, the greater the peril of spiritual pride.

For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received. Look at the little s and BIG S in this. If it doesn't line up With the word of God then discard it and move on. Probably one reason for the little spirit in this verse. When I was in high school I met a man called "Sam the prophet" I had been a Christian for about 5 years at the time, Sam was teaching another doctrine, not necessarily from the bible (Word), Twisted. I knew enough to stay away and explained to others in my youth group why Sam was wrong. I also told them to watch what his works would do for him. It was not good over all. Sam had another spirit other than the Spirit, the Holy spirit. It was what he wanted.
I would be careful of labeling those who earnestly want to discern the truth and are concern with the incalculable amount of false teaching and degradation of Christianity through the charismatic movement as doing it to control or to make money. Standing up agains some of these recent trends in Christianity is actually what gets you less followers in most cases. As for fear, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and there is a healthy spiritual path which includes fear of God when discerning what is true. Be fair and consider the words said here. Agreed . We ask for Holy Spirit and already have him in- dwelling and empowering us. After Pentecost, no one asked for “more” euphoric manifestations. The Bible- in context -never describes the out of control manifestations we see in the Pentecostal church today. Period. There is not one person praying for or seeking those things.
To many professing believers to to do anything but sit in their Pew during a service is considered out of control, weird emotionalism.
The Holy Spirit the apostles recieved on the day of Pentecost is just as powerful in filling Gods' new born children with joy today as it was then. Usually, i've found that the professing christians who complain of emotionalism in Pentecostal churches do so because they haven't recieved the Holy Spirit yet.
They think they have because their churches teach them that the moment they believe in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord, and ask Jesus into their hearts that they recieved the Holy Spirit right then quietly with no outward sign whatsoever that the God of the universe has entered their body. That's not what the Word says.
The Holy Spirit is to be asked for and is recieved as a result of the Holy Spirit baptism. Three times the book of Acts records believers Recieving the Holy Spirit and in all three instances the first thing that happened was that they spoke in " tongues" which isn't multiple earthly languages but one spiritual language Paul refers to as the " unknown tongue" in 1Cor.14:2.
Imagine standing before Jesus on that great day and telling Him that you saw no evidence in His Word that when a believer recieved the Holy Spirit the first thing that happened was that they spoke in " tongues" ?

@@robertnieten7259 You are following a teaching from Paul. Jesus is the way to the Kingdom. You need to read John chapters 14,15, and 16 to see the real works of the Holy Spirit. If tongues was so important why didn't Jesus speak about this in Revelation. Tongues in Acts 2 is completely different than the tongues Paul prophesses with his doctrine. A doctrine that is not at all similar to our Lord Yeshua. Pray for wisdom brother.
@@TheShutterbug1968 Jesus didn't mention speaking in " tongues" in the gospel according to John because it wasn't necessary to mention it until after the Holy Spirit was given at Pentecost. The Bible often explains things as they occur.
The speaking in " tongues" Paul speaks about has two operations:
1) The born again believers private prayer language, " He that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks to God not man for NO man understands him howbeit in the spirit he speaks mysteries" ( 1Cor.14:2 ) -and - " He that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself" ( 1Cor.14:4 )
2) The gift of speaking in tongues which works together with a believer with the gift of interpretation for the edification of a church body or gathering.
The first is the believers prayer language that edifies only themselves, which all believers speak in as a result of the Holy Spirit baptism.
The prayer language isn't one of the gifts of the Spirit because Paul said that the purpose of the spiritual gifts are to edify the church not the individual believer only.
Is this referring to the manifestations of people under the “holy spirit?” When peoples heads and sometimes are shaking insanely fast and seem to have no control over it. Because that’s very disturbing especially for people who have seizures. They wouldn’t see that as a manifestation of Gods Holy Spirit. The scriptures say to test the spirits because the worlds cults also speak in tongues. Just like Yoga crept into the church, so can other kingdoms especially with yoga.
If you study church history at all, you will note that every single revival for 2000 years has had strange signs and wonders and manifestations of the Holy Spirit. There is not one single revival you can name that does not have these characteristics. Even evangelical revivals all had strange manifestations of the Holy Spirit. However, for someone who doesn’t understand some thing, to call it, a demon, is not only foolish, but very naïve of scripture in church history.
Many of what protestant church members see as out of control behavior in pentecostal churches is actually how joy is expressed. To express joy is to act out of character you are so happy.
In Acts ch.2, upon recieving the Holy Spirit, some of the believers were accused of being drunk by some in the crowd, not because of what they were saying, but how they were acting, that's joy.
Some babes in Christ need to be guided by pastors on displaying their joy in more approapriate ways.
Lastly, speaking in " tongues" is speaking in one spiritual language that first occurs as confirmation to those present that believers' have recieved the Holy Spirit.
Yeah, so scripture says that speaking in tongues is a sign to the unbeliever. It’s a sign of the new creation. It’s a sign that somebody has been filled with the Holy Spirit. That’s the purpose of it.
What if people went to the false preacher (blind man) and get impartation from that false teacher? Did they still ask our heavenly father or false teacher? People these day don't discern the teacher but just believe whatever they saying if they show miracles, signs and wonders.
Bible says to us we need to discern the spirit.

We need to discern. That is all I'm saying if you think you can't be deceived, I think that is pride so you likely can be deceived. If your tongue is legit, holy spirit will guide you to all truth.
God is not the god of confusion. I think the Bible is clear about the gift of tongues and it's directed to God not to man. To glorify and to pray to God, not to be a voice box for God to the people. You must also ask yourself one question, why do you want to receive the gift of tongues?

Yes when we ask Jesus to baptise us in the Holy Spirit the promise of the Father He will do that. However there is a Kundalini Spirit in a lot of churches where people writhe on the floor, shake their heads, bark like a dog and call it the Holy Spirit. We still need to discern what we are seeing. We are told to test the spirits to see whether they are of God. It is not so cut and dried as there is a lot of deception in the church these days which we were warned of by Jesus and all the NT writers. A leader who lets this false spirit into a church has a lot to answer for.

The bible doesn't give an exhausting list of all the satanic powerful spirits but that doesn't mean they are not around. I am afraid that some of them are disguised as christian spirits and in some places have made inroads even in the church. A lot of ex new agers know what it is as they have experienced it even as non christians and now they are christians they have their guard up to avoid churches that manifest this stuff. The problem I see is people have honestly received from God his spirit. But these revealers of a new anointing (Toronto Blessing) are “imparting” a different thing. Their adherents are not asking God to fill them with His Spirit, they are receiving this (whatever it is) from deceiving teachers, from their impartation.
They are saying its the holy spirit, but it isn't. Acts 2 wasn't gibberish but all the charismatics push the infilling as a secret prayer language. It's not the holy spirit and their messages are garbage. I pray that no one turns to any one denomination but Justin Peter's and bezelt3 & fighting for the faith & messed up church have good videos revealing the truth about this charismatic hype. I dont agree with everything they teach but they have a lot of truth.

Well, thank you for the video post, however the bible says to test all spirits and not all spirits come from God. Moreover we shall know them by their fruits. Now the fruits of the Spirit are these Gal 5:22. I think there are false gifts/tounges/fruits. Truth is the way tongues are practiced in church will give you a good clue about their origin. Paul instructed the church on this. But everyday in pentecostal churches all you see and hear is shaking and vibrating and yelling....confusion. I therefore don’t think if you are born of the Spirit you should feel condemned or question what God has given you, in truth you should be bold and rest in the confidence of the LORD. There are fake/false tongues and there is such a kundalini spirit...one good sign is the struggle you have when this spirit is in you goose bumps, kick in the stomach before speaking in tongues, warm fuzz all over the body and feeling light headed, jerking and no interpretation in church. Just to mention a few things. Open for discussion and bible study.
Yeah there's too many things wrong with your post for me to even begin to help you straighten these out. Every tongue given was not always interpreted. Read acts chapter 2 or even acts chapter 19, and although tongues were given there was no interpretation. I've done several videos on the subject and you are more than welcome to go back and watch some of those if you have interest
And you are right, there needs to be fruit but not at the exception of gifts. Paul never made us decide which one we'd rather have gifts or fruits. And there is no Bible evidence of a khundalini spirit

At the inception of the church by rising from the dead of our Lord Jesus Christ, there was an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and speaking of diverse tongues as a sign for those who were around however speaking in tongues in an assembly must be interpreted without exception and it is a sign for believers for the body to be edified built up. Speaking in tongues is not fruit. It is a gift. Initial outpouring was not the norm as you have shown in Act 19. Paul says that when one walks in finding you speaking in tongues from all angles without interpretation will think ‘crazy people’. 🤔

Let us study the scriptures together. However the word kundalini is not in the bible as much as the word trinity is not. The issue here is that there are bad/devil spirits in this world and they have different names which many i don’t know. I think you are accommodating unscriptural and unholy spirits which paport to be of God but they are not. Many people who are having these experiences/spirit are the most tormented in the church.
Can someone tell me what speaking in tongues feels like? I don't seem to have any HS gifts and lack self-esteem. I was RC but left and feel lost. Going to Pentacostal church but doesn't feel right. This church doesnt do writhing, speaking in tongues, dancing etc.
Thank you. I have been concerned about this issue lately. I didn't know anything like "false tongues" and the "Kundalini spirit" existed until lately. I received the gift of "tongues" many years ago when I was a teenager. I often pray in tongues and feel a great deal of peace and faith in God when I do so. But recent teaching about this subject has made me uncertain thinking maybe I have been deceived all these years. I'm sorry to be swayed by "every wind of doctrine" Ephesians 4:14.

Absolutely speaking in tongues is of God. God showed it in his word in the New Testament and it still occurs today. There is no reference to any Kundalini spirit in the scriptures or any false tongues in the scriptures. None
@@TomSCARRELLAministries thanks Tom, what I don’t understand in Acts 2 we have more than just tongues spoken. We have a mighty rushing wind and flames resting on those that spoke in these tongues. Also it is a language that is understood by men in their native tongue.
Why does Paul and only Paul say contrary to much of this. He says tongues are spoken not to men but to God. Also today I haven’t observed this wind and/or the flames resting on those that speak. In Acts 2 there is no need for an interpreter because they all understand in their own language. Paul does not align with the Acts 2 account. And tongues today do not align with the Acts 2 account.

@@TheShutterbug1968 yes because the babbling today is not the tongues of acts nor the tongues paul preaches about in 1 Corinthians 14 . That whole chapter pul is speaking of tongues and the greek term is glossa meaning foreign language period. You had so many different languages coming to Corinth. God used the gift in paul of the ability to speak foreign language to the gentiles. Why is that ? Because Paul was called to be the apostle to all gentiles meaning any who was not an Israelite. Paul plainly states : 1 Corinthians 14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.
In the old testament God gave his truth only to Israel. After their multiple rejection and going after idol gods . Yahweh scatters Israel to four winds beginning with southern Israel to Babylon and king Nebuchadnezzar. Then he scatters the ten northern tribes of Israel to the Assyrian army. Some are sold into slavery to other places They stay scattered so long they take on the customs , languages and religion of their captors.
How's God going to get the word to all these unbelievers. Well Acts 2 the apostles are gifted with the ability to speak all these foreign koine greek dialects. They were hearing their own dialect.
Acts 2:8 And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?
They weren't hearing babbling confusion. No where in the bible is tongues defined as babble language. It is always defined in the greek term glossa meaning foreign language.

[11]Therefore if I know not the meaning (understanding) of the voice, ( Without translation) I shall be unto him that speaketh a barbarian, and he that speaketh shall be a barbarian unto me.
As far as praying Paul preaches against praying without understanding.
1 Corinthians 14:13-15
[13]Wherefore let him that speaketh in an (unknown) tongue pray that he may interpret.
[14]For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.
[15]What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. By the way the word unknown is italicized meaning the 16th century scribes added the word. It's nowhere in the original text. Paul says when he prays he does so with the spirit (breath) of understanding and he will sing with the spirit (breath) of understanding. I was raised in the Pentecostal movement I did babble but once I began to study deeper. The word did not line up with what Pentecostalism teaches concerning tongues (glossa)

My pastor told us recently how we’re going to hell for not paying tithes. I guess God charges a fee to get out of hell? That will put fear in people to pay up even if you don’t have money to pay your bills. We paid our tithes faithfully in our younger years and lost a new car we got. Paid bills late because we paid tithes. I thought God would open the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing. That verse is talking about rain I found out. Tithes was food grown so God blessed them with rain.

Almost every revival since the book of acts as had manifestations of the Holy Spirit. Shaking was a common one, even in the methodists as well as the pentecostals, and it was a manifestation Of the Holy Spirit.

Problem is people speak from no experience.. Some do these falling outs (fainting and shaking on the ground stuff) are in the flesh (for attention/money) but other times these crazy things are demons.. Go to Africa/South America and places like that, you will see them.. It is not possible for regular tiny people to be so strong, etc..!
Some people were praying for me in church to receive the Holy Spirit. To my surprise, I began speaking in tongues for the first time. There's no way I was imitating anything, because I couldn't do that before. Also, my finger tips on my left hand would begin tingling after 10 minutes or so, and this continued for many months afterwards.
That night I still had some doubts about what had happened, and prayed that God would show me what was going on. I had a dream that I was standing in front of a doorway cut out of rock. On the other side of the door was a horrible looking barren landscape, and there was a little girl there, standing at the doorstep. Between us was a transparent membrane. We both were trying to get her through to my side, and we put our hands together, touching the membrane between us with our fingertips (it was my left hand), and were able to clasp hands and I pulled her through to my side. She was sitting on my lap, and I suddenly knew she was an evil spirit. She looked up at me and said 'thankyou for getting me out of that place that goes on and on and on'. I wanted her to go back, but pretended as if everything was ok.
That was my dream.
I prayed every day for at least half an hour, well over a year. In the months following, I noticed:
-I would not get dreams anymore (I used to have quite a lot of dreams about Jesus)
-I didn't like alcohol anymore. (wasn't getting drunk anymore at that stage, but still had social drinks)
-Finger tips on left hand would tingle, at first when speaking in tongues, and then it began randomly. At first I was excited about it, but in time I had a growing uneasy feeling and preferred not to have that sensation. Also, when in that church the tingling would begin.
-My life ultimately did not change. Hard to admit, but I would be making stuff up if I said it had. I still have PTSD. I am still angry and get down a lot.
-Some of those people in that church- I have uneasy feelings about them too. One in particular - a "Holy Spirit guy" -I internally recoil to when he is around. Others have same feeling about him, and I've once caught him lying about getting a revelation from God about me.
-Paranormal experiences I had encountered before this did not stop.
So, what's going on? It was definitely a real spiritual thing, but I don't know if good or bad. Like you said, I asked for the Holy Spirit so much before and was desperate. But because of the above, I'm not sure it was.
I am not sure with your individual testimony or dream, but I do know that if we ask the father for the Holy Spirit then just as he promised, we will receive exactly the gift of the Holy Spirit. Be encouraged that you have received from your heavenly father because he loves you and wants to give you good things
The tongues in Acts is completely opposite to the one Pauls speaks of in Corinthians. So I discount Paul on so many accounts. Tongues fell on the Apostles (only 12), and I don't see anything after this other than Paul and the priestess who followed Paul in Acts. Her main job was to interpret tongues and convulse on the floor to give a revelation. How interesting it is exactly what we see today in some of these charismatic churches. God does not bring fear like this. Pray to God and he will lead you in Truth. I'll give you a hint Paul is not a real Apostle but contradicts many of Jesus teachings. Bless you. Praying for you.

As for the guy who told you lies, might be that he's walking in the flesh, doesn't mean he doesn't have the Holy Spirit... "There's therefore now no condemnation to them which are IN CHRIST JESUS, who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit" ... meaning you can be in Christ and still walk in the flesh.
Even genuine Prophets make mistakes sometimes. Doesn't mean they are false.
Stay with the word of God. Read with intention to be transformed and that your mindset aligns with the word of God. Everytime you read, read with this intention; what can I put into practice from what I'm reading. Don't just read for reading sake.

He was very conditional, but with Paul's teachings you have been selected since before the foundation of the world. Jesus warned His true Apostles about Paul many times, but we throw it all out the window and believe everything Paul says over Jesus words. If we love Jesus we will obey His commandments. There are two distinct time frames here. It was Peter and the other Apostles that received the Holy Spirit to speak in tongues that are understood in native languages Acts 2:14 (total 12). No gibberish (the unknown tongue only comes from Paul in Corinthians). If you look and study about the girl and in those days the means of income was they would convulse themselves on the ground and moan and prophesy to those that paid them. Yes they even had interpreters. WOW, just like today. Who needs an interpreter when we have the Word in every language.
Also, ask yourself this question about the girl. Why would a demon possessed girl go around claiming that Paul has given them a way of salvation? A demon would not do this as they all know their fate. Why didn't the demons do this to Jesus???The demons and Jesus know their fate already. So why would they follow Paul and proclaim this? Because of the false gospel message Paul preached? Maybe you need to open your eyes to see. The Holy Spirit comes in Truth and does not glorify Himself, but was sent to glorify Jesus. So interesting why so many glorify themselves having this Holy Spirit.

Hello, blessings in the Lord. Tom, this was awesome! I wonder what your thoughts on deliverance ministries that teach born again Christians need to be delivered of demons on a continual basis. I personally haven't found any scripture in the new testament that would support us having to cast demons out of our brothers and sisters in Christ and go through hours of deliverance prayer, naming all the demons and their strong man, gate keepers ect. If I'm wrong, could you please give your input and the scriptures I may have missed about this? Love your down to earth teaching Tom.

Amen. I saw a video maybe 10 years ago where a guy was saying jesus was a yogi. They got that from the verse where jesus says take my yoke. And they go off of a picture of a guy modeling to be jesus holding up a peace sign with his fingers or crossing his fingers, saying that is a montra or mudra if I am saying that right.

Every revival you can quote had these manifestations of the Spirit in them... every one of them. It all brought freedom and a demonstration of the Spirit. Would you call it a "Kundalini Spirit" when Peter had his shadow healing? Or Jesus spitting more than once on someone for healing? Or telling another to go and wash? Or Elisha telling a man to wash in a dirty river? It was an odd sign and wonder... just like laughing or weeping

Did you know that in heaven there’s only one time in scripture that it says there was silence in heaven for 30 minutes? Heaven is allowed place of joy. It’s not just a place of silence. Your religious background of evangelical Christianity has been completely full of emphasis on silence. However when you go to a football game or an event, there is no competition to see who can be the quietest. Life usually means noise. When a baby is born and the doctor is looking for noise, that’s a sign of life. The doctor doesn’t say, if there we could have some silence from this child then will know there’s life. If I was taught from birth that 2+2 = 400 does that make it correct or does it make it truth? There is a mathematical law and there is spiritual laws. Everyone can’t be right with mathematical laws and everyone cannot be right with spiritual laws.

The desire to preach the Gospel that saves and to study to show thyself approved..Even Jesus said people would be able to cast out demons and prophesy in his name and he won’t know them.. even Satan used scripture in the wilderness to try and tempt Jesus..Jesus said we wouldn’t just live by bread alone but by every word of God..a lot of people cherry pick scripture to confirm their own personal bias.. We must look at scripture as a whole or be prepared to be deceived.. what’s the point of clamoring on in unknown tongues if you aren’t changed and the gospel is of no affect on your life.. Yes people preach New Age Kundalini eastern mysticism doctrine in churches today.. cloaked in a Christian name..They preach a different Jesus..I’ve also seen children abused about speaking in tongues because they couldn’t do it and have been bastardized by their own families because they couldn’t and it forces people to produce false tongues out of fear and are fake.. it’s called religious narcissistic abuse..and it also leaves people feeling hopeless because they think God doesn’t care about them...You gotta read scripture as a whole and have it all in context and not Cherry pick it to fit your bias.

If you watch any of my videos you will say to yourself of course I believe in speaking in tongues. However there is no scriptural basis of something called false tongues. There's no such thing as a Kundalini spirit either

Secondly I have a testimony here we were invited into a certain church to minister there then after when people where coming to give there life to Christ a certain girl was demonic posses and when the pastor in that church saw the girl down he stopped us from praying for her and he started praying in tongues and giving prophesies just on her
Then after he called more people and started praying in tongues touching them and they were all fall down
I feel a voice in me this is not Holly spirit from God
After the service we shared gospel with the pastor he rejected our word then I said just let's call this girls that u are saying they have received the gift of the spirit and test first that spirit cos I know for sure that that's not Holly spirit .
Then we call the girls and shared with them again some real truth two them accepted to be prayed for and denounce every false spirit that's not from God
Now when we say u false spirit that have entered this girl in the mighty name of Jesus Christ come out of them they all came down again and those demons left them they saw that the fire in us was too much for them
So please be careful in everything u are saying know this that there false tongues and false gift of the spirit that's y the Bible says test them all don't twist the scripture Amen.

Why would only the New Testament be ok?
We don’t live in the old testament we live in the New Testament. We don’t worship God with killing goats or cows are sacrificing blood in Jerusalem. Jesus died for all of our sins for all eternity. He was the final sacrifice. That’s why we live in the new testament and that’s where we get our doctrine

And yes indeed, this induce fear of receiving the gift of tongues. Speaking in tongues is the ability to speak in foreign languages without studying them. This is how God was able to spread spread the gospel to other countries. He gave the apostles the gift of speaking foreign languages so each could hear the gospel in his own language. It isn't some strange language of confusion like Babel.
Then what do you do with the scripture that says "though I speak with the tongues of men OR angels"? 🤪

Kundalini isn't a spirit at all. It's just a form of energy that exists inside a person's spinal column. Built into the human anatomy by the Creator.

In doing research on kundalini (note I will not capitalize it) spirit, I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as a kundalini spirit. It is all a falsehood created by the cessatonists in order to add validity to their heresy.
