Hey, Im new to the channel and thought its really cool that youve built that d series. Going to be watching more videos on it soon but I have a few questions. Do you think its worth building a d16y8? How much power was your setup running and how reliable do you think it was? TIA

Y8 single cams make good power as well. im tuning tomorrow, but its going to be street tuned fact that i had paid for dyno use but they let me down and waiting on a refund. so far the car hasnt broken down (knock on wood). Power wise all depends on your tuner & setup you go with it im going to keep it single cam most people do K series or even B
@@underestimatedgarage Ive been debating whether to swap to a z6 head or not. All my friends are b swapping their civics and me and my one friend are the only ones sticking with the d series. Ill be waiting for that video though, I definitely want to see what the d series can do. Im decently new into the honda game :)
@@boredndumb_ Honestly you can do alot with d series platform as well all depends how far you go on your build . ill be posting some videos & shorts so you guys can see how it went 🤘🏼
