A word of caution: Don't start hitting a dummy with a metal chain with force. The chain will bounce back uncontrollable. Take baby steps and be careful. A lost eye can't be replaced.
Hey Jimmy Hey Jimmy I haven't heard from you in 4 days I want to see an old Ninja tool By the way that's what needs you to call all the weapons they're tool and photo record I never thought I was one I never wanted to be 1 I'm just a kid punch Practice you know You're so lovely chicken Polish Well that's supposed to say those 2 free words I'm just talking when you can text me when you're alright get back
I'm just talking with you and texting with Joe together no more hardcore anxiety no more panic attack I don't feel any pressure I sleep like a baby I was gonna run it by you to let you know how well I'm doing and maybe you would like to try this medicine
I usually practice in sticker bushes. Also, I do the retract detract with my dual chain loops. He said 2 headed dragon, YEAH. I've hit myself while practicing soft weapons than all of the other 90 or so weapons I've taken up put together. I've hit myself in the n#+$ more with my dual chain loops than every other weapon put together. Kurasagama is the most deadly, almost no sensei ever would allow you to touch a real one without 10 or 15 years practice with a padded or wooden one. Is it just me or does the danger to ones self increase from soft weapons also increase with the danger to others when comparing soft and hard?
kursari fundo is ninja whip out i love it i make one for 8.00 dollars i never when on line to buy rope shoe glue and two cane rubber stoppers take the cut at 30 inch or 30 cm from firger tip to chest the take shoe glue put one side of the rope glue into the cane rubber stopper let set over night it good kursari fundo will have weight that will sting when hit but its practices tool only not real weapon i also put the make of kursari fundo in my densho
It seems, with my experience in street fights, that most of these techniques require at least a 2 second warning prior to active deployment of the chain, and often one doesn’t have that much advance warning. Also, all of these techniques require exceptionally great accuracy, something that woumd require a whole lot of practice, however that said, practice in a dojo or in your home-yard is vastly different from practice when adrenalin is flowing and the heart double time beating in your chest. What do you suggest for adrenalin training?
The same. practice gives us a massive advantage. Yes, with pressure it will be far longer to deploy the chain. But if one is not practicing with the weapon, none of it matters because he will be unprepared. Practice always trumps theory or discussion imo. Time on the mats beats all...always.
Hello have a question if you could help me decipher a sword my grandfather brought back form the occupation of Japan it not a mass produced one at lease I don’t think.
Is there somewhere you could recommend getting one of these kusari-fundo? The particular one used in this video looks great, and nothing like the stuff I see on a lot of these online martial arts shops.
@@thedojomartialarts Thanks, so much, for sharing! I can tell you're really determined to get me to break my face with that thing. Lol. Just kidding. But I did order it and am looking forward to very carefully learning this art. And yes, I did get a rope trainer kusari as well, so don't feel too guilty when I smack myself silly with the real deal lol. Thanks again and stay safe! Wishing you and all staff and students the very best!
@@perfidiouswyrm2630 hey! may i ask where you learn this art? i can only do it without a teacher, because there is no one in my country who does it, so do you know som online courses/books?
