Many years ago, I had a car accident at a busy roundabout in the East London area (cannot remember as it has been so long ago). My front bumper was completely pulled off the car. I was moving in the roundabout. This car ignored me and just drove into the roundabout. The driver didn't stop. Anyway, I called the police. I was asked if any person was injured, and I said no. Right away, the operator said that no police will turn up as there was no one injured. I ended up using my comprehensive insurance to pay for the repair which resulted in a higher premium the following year.

1. 係香港不論對錯只要有claim過就會無左 no claim bonus, 接住就加保費。
2. 報警一樣係問長問短，一樣要等警察到場，所需時間同你講係UK既差唔多。
3. 如果警察覺得小事會try說服雙方自行和解，如車主堅持開file佢地會面露不悅，講埋晒d野意指車主麻煩。
以上係我10幾年前係香港聽返黎加埋自身經歷既真事。
今時今日仲差，只要韃朵話係某親中愛國團體，警察會同該愛國人士連成一線，呢種情況不限於交通意外。
