- Hi everyone, after a long absence from posting, I have returned just in time this Holiday season to complete a film that many of you have been waiting years for! This is a complete movie, edited as it would have been five years earlier, amid some minor updated adjustments.
I've also included a director's prologue which covers more detail about the production. Though, some key points I'll highlight here are that while Imperial 501st is a stand-alone film, its continuity is for you to choose whether or not you wish to view this as part of the 501st Rebellion Series.
In addition, this is an old production that predates Operation Safari, and much of its quality will show that age, which was certainly a difficulty in determining whether it was worth finishing or not. Upon completion, it absolutely was worth finishing for everyone who has asked and supported the potential release of this movie. Thank you so much, and enjoy! - ภาพยนตร์และแอนิเมชัน
You need to do a Republic Commando stop motion.
Happy Holidays, everyone!
Merry Christmas!
Okay now this is a nostalgia moment! I love it! The classic battlefront 2 sound.the old droid and clone death sound! Everything! You inspired me and others people to make stop motion like this! Plus I am shocked that you predicted the clone rebellion years later!
Bro ive been watching your cody vs rex videos and i finished the series your videos were part of my childhood
I loved the use of the classic battlefront 2 sound effects 😍 that wqs the best part of this!
I cannot believe your back you were always my favorite animator as a kid
Great to have you back!
This was awesome! I love how you used the sound effects from the 2005 version of Battlefront 2, given I also played it as a kid!
If some more walking animations were added for clones and droids would be nice but the character was great. Now make those Engineers duck, roll and zoom in cause we all know we did it.
If they acted the way I played it, every clone would be rolling zig zag across the whole bridge XD
Nice to see this being released and remade in some sort of form, also happy holidays to you man.
Thank you for the kind words, happy holidays to you too!
Damn it’s great to finally see you after all this time

lol Merry Christmas! I'm sure you'll see it soon!
I assume some of the new clones in the 501st are
spaarti clones right?
welcome back mate!
love the classic bf2 vibes and references!
this channel was my childhood so glad to see it back
btw are you gonna use a classic phase 2 version of rex?
Thank you for the kind words! In time I'm sure you'll see soon enough :)
@@WorldCityStudios btw I always felt bad for bly dying in capital strike :(
hope he returns
By the way like those trooper look and style where did you get them from and last does that sniper in green have a name and dose that coomander have a name too
Great to see you back dude, but i have to ask, where did you get the custom cut out visor clones?
The 501st clone trooper helmets came from Area Light several years back :)
@@WorldCityStudios thanks dude, happy holidays
Happy holidays to you too!
@@WorldCityStudios thank you, I'm looking forward to seeing you in the stop motion community
Great stuff! Getting hit with nostalgia! Glad to see you back at it again! Just curious, what did you use for the blaster affects? Would love to use these in some upcoming classic clone films I have planned. Oh, and where did you get some of those 501st 2005 P2 helmets? Are they vintage CAC?
Thanks for the feedback! I'm not sure if the helmets are still available these days but I got them from arealight. As for the effects, its as tedious as Studio Ghibli's old school animating but I used Paint 3D to hand draw each blaster bolt
@@WorldCityStudios Alright, I'll look into them. Also damn! I'll see if I can find a way to add some sort of blaster effects, always been a struggle to get them right
I think depending on the style you like most, there's also a lot of editing software that approaches the effects far differently. For me, I've just been very analogue about the whole thing but its worked out because I prefer the more cartoony look to it
@@WorldCityStudios Yeah, trying to go for more of a classic clone stop-motion type style, like from the early to late 2000s.
No way
Way!
