That's like any western work culture. Same goes for in Australia & Canada. I can say by experience as I have worked in both countries.

If some wants to work in Norway they must communicate in english or Norwegian. Otherwise how will you find a work there? Hindi is not the language there.

Only Indian companies track your attendance with swipe in swipe out card.Most of American companies like IBM do not track your attendance with your ID card.They trust you and that’s one of the values these companies have.

The salary offered to a fresh engineer in Norway hardly an engineer reach that at their retirement age. We are working here like a bonded labour. Those who are working in European countries don't come back to the hell(i.e India).
