The Wolf is always fun to watch. Clinical style. No crazy punts as opposed to his buddy. Ethan's style keeps one on the edge of his seat. Good luck, guys. Bring us more fun contents.
Wolf is way tighter than Ethan, He is always on the top of his range and is pretty nutted by showdown. If Wolf wants to get to the next level, he needs to mix in some bluffs. If anybody is inspiring, it would be Mariano. That guy has excelled as a player ten folds since his arrival. Wolf is a great player though, no doubt.
@@Aspirahful Wolf is not even semi nit, semi tight. He is semi tight to semi moderate. And he sometimes 3 bets light, occasionally with marginal hands like QT suited, etc. And he occasionally bluffs in very good spots, and picks his battles well. And he is not always nutted up at showdown. He is kind of like ICEMAN from Top Gun, where he just plays semi tight to semi moderate, semi abc, semi straight forward, slightly mixes up his game, occasionally bluffs, semi bluffs, doesn't often get out of line, usually doesn't make mistakes, doesn't give out a lot of tells, reads tells well, hand range reads well. His play is like Howard Lederer, Chris Ferguson, Helmuth, Mike Matusow, Ivey, Harrington, Doyle Brunson, etc. His play works for him, because who wants to try to bluff catch him, with about a 13% to 23% chance he is either bluffing or semi bluffing. Where he has room for improvement, is he sometimes only bets 1/3 to 2/5 the pot vs draws, and sometimes value bets when he shouldn't, and sometimes folds straights, sets, trips, etc, to much, and as such sometimes gets bluffed out too much. But that said you can't, shouldn't be a call station either. But usually Wolf makes the right plays, calls, folds, etc, usually. And his play is better then Rampage, Close to broke, and Next Gen(Except Frankie, is about same, equally skilled as Wolf)(Rosie and the others in Next Gen are usually not as good as Wolf)
Amazing editing everything is so smooth and all the details are shown. You earned a new subscriber. As someone who just started vlogging I know the amount of post-production that goes into it and really appreciate your style
The amount of fan interactions you have in comments is unbelievable, it shows how much you truly care about people that follow you, the editing is very well done as well, gonna subscribe and hope I can run as good as you, good luck in the future!
It’s a pleasure … as soon as I move up in stakes I’d like to get in one of your meetup games with rampage and anyone else you guys are motivation and living a dream I had for a very long time inspiring
Very very nice attitude and play...I really like your short vids as well... They all make me wanna run out the door and play poker or fire up an online session... Live poker is the best though... Thx for all the hard work and content... You love what you do and it shows...I hope you have many more sessions like this in the future... ✌️
9:42 how are you so lucky catching hands. Do you ever fold? Not a serious question. Congratulations with everything you do for poker. You speak well and clear. You play smarter when you are not drinking alcohol. Keep running good and stay happy.
Interesting to see P. Green there. I used to live in Anchorage Alaska and he owned a bunch of fur stores there. He was an Anchorage legend. Must have decided to go to warmer ground.
Been living in Las Vegas now for 1 year this past 5/1/2022. Have yet to play a tournament and only a couple poker sessions. Time to get to the main reason why I came here. You and your two buddies are inspirational. Keep that Elsinore Aces type play going! Love the music!
Bro, every time I am watching your videos with my gf around, she says 'Wolfgang???' haha. She loves podcasts and we agree that your voice and narrative work excellent together. You should consider doing your own poker (or whatever) podcast, she'd love it, and I want her happy!
Omg Perry Green! What a legend OG. If you read the book "Biggest Game in Town" by Al Alvarez (which you must), Perry gets a lot of ink. IIRC, he lived in Alaska for years. Guess he got tired of the cold. So cool of you to mention him. ❤
Regarding the QJ hearts hand: Given the stack depth, I think the $400 bet into a $600 pot on the turn was good. If the pot was a bit larger ($800-1000), I'd prefer a shove (especially if he's a bit loose). That said, I would have raised to $270 (3/4 pot-sized raise) on the flop and would have either jammed turn (if 2 callers) or bet around 2/3 PSB (if 1 caller).
I love your content Wolfie, but at timestamp 8:03, if the 4 comes, the board beats your hand, so no need in thinking that you have a 4 to the straight, so does everyone!
Ehhh idk. Playing cards for a living sounds so stressful. Don't know if you're going to win everytime and you still gotta pay rent and food. Not easy by any means definitely need a career.
FYI, Indian casinos aren't regulated by the state so table games like ultimate Texas holdem which has an automatic shuffler give you bad beats constantly, played there dozens of times to same results, get 2 pair, dealer gets 3 of a kind, get 3 of a kind the board will be 2, 4, 6, 10, Q and the dealer will have 3,5. Try to play 2 hands so you get the dealers hand and the pit boss will come over and press a button changing how many are seated so the dealer still gets the good cards. On a 50/50 game you'll lose everytime at Aqua, Morongo, San Manuel Yamaha.
Anyone know if large print playing cards can be requested at most casinos? I've got crappy eyesight even with glasses... hard to see the board cards depending where I'm sitting...
What a run! Wondering when will you come back to colorado . We have opened a new room at the monarch casino down the street from amerstar which I have seen you play at. The room is super nice and full of action. No limit big deep games.. would love for you and rampage to come and check it out
2nd hand should of sized the raise bigger, 45 dollar raise into what would be a 150 dollar pot, 45 to call so 3.5 to 1 odds to catch a straight/flush is good calling odds. and if first person calls, then the pot odds just get better and better.
thanks for the vlog again wolf appreciate it. Notice you gaining some weight be careful i gained 100lbs in a year and it took me almost two to get it off

Ethan is a straight punter.
Ethan makes money cause he understands image as well as he likes to party

Wow what a sick run bro!!!! And yeah in that JQ 2-pair hand, I would’ve bet around 2/3 pot on the turn.

The quality of your videos is really good. One comment though, it's only called trips when the board is paired and you have the third in your hand.
Thanks for the info!
those chips are brand new, looks so fresh
so fresh and so clean
Run gooooood! Congrats
Just found ur channel nice video clearly lots of effort put into it admirable

That was an absolute sick session nice job brother
Thanks Joshua!
Always nice when you get to Showdown and never lose keep it going nice win
You know it!
Great run congratulations 🎊
Thank you!
B: I'd normally like a half pot size bet or larger but with S/P ratio being low, a small bet to set up a moderate size river jam if it bricks is best
Good shit WG. Come to rivers casino in Philly lol
How / what materials would you recommend for someone who wants to start getting serious and move up in stakes?
I have a few courses listed in my description, other than that maybe some private coaching or just watching TH-cam videos!
7:05 Betting there is risky. Hard to get called and if he raises you pretty much have to fold.
How can we get video of these casinos. When your told no! Video?!
wolfy do u give classes for poker ?
Not yet!
@ 11:54 D.) Full pot bet. If they want to see the river to make their draw, they're going to have to pay for it.
This guys livin the dream for all us 9-5ers
Hell yeah!
Ehhh idk. Playing cards for a living sounds so stressful. Don't know if you're going to win everytime and you still gotta pay rent and food. Not easy by any means definitely need a career.
Yo love your work... would you consider chumash casino a soft place to play ?
Love that place!
Awesome! Wish I could have seen you in Baltimore. I don't play and no idea what showing up as a bystander would be like. Later!
Come by next time!
theres an agua caliente link i clicked but what do i download to play online?

you can def suggest it to them!
I never do see you play 2,3s or something odd like 6,4 off suit. You think you can show us a little bit on how you play those?
Bodda Bing Bodda BANG.
You only play premiums you seem like a pretty tight player
Nice run good!!
you should do more videos at Aqua Caliente
When you show us premiums with no board. Did you win those small pots? Or did they just not bring action.
Yeah either won pre or on the flop and was boring!
Where is the link to the online poker site
Nice session🤑
Ran terrible yesterday, but binked a small local tourney today, congrats on the win, my German brother from another mother 😂
thanks lukas!
Sweet run
Played with you at Agua last 2 nights on 1/3 I was on your right last night before you went to 2/5. I hope you did well.

dont blame you 🤣
@Wolfgang Poker
Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage? I thought Palm Springs didn't have a poker room except Rancho Mirage only.
