As you have mentioned CNTs can be used in Drug delivery system, Could you please elaborate it?
Drug delivery system is formulation of a device that can introduce therapeutic substance into the body and improves its efficacy and safety at faster rate and place of release of drugs in the required body parts. This method reduces many drawbacks of traditional system.
Due to remarkable properties of CNTs as mentioned, it can be used in various treatments like Cancer, various tumours and much more by some device formulations (drug delivery system).

Why the armchair is electric conductivity?
CNT can have distinctly different electronic properties depending on the chirality. They can be semiconducting or metallic depending on the type of structure. While armchair tubes are always metallic, others can be semiconducting or metallic. Obviously as the diameter increases, tubes resemble graphite, which can be metallic. Note that all armchair tubes are metallic, thus show conducting property.

Because arm chair is metallic tube...in metallic tube there is no gap between conductance band and valance band hence it can conduct electricity
