How many days we have to practice this basic warm ups
These exercises looking easy but its not.. I tried while watching video.. I stopped 😭😭😭😭
Begin slowly with few repetitions. Just what you can do. By next practice increase the number of repetitions. In the beginning you can also support yourself with hands.
