Those envelope containers with the V-shaped open tops look like where those variable power 4-sided monster (boss?) cards slide into. Looks like they line up appropriately. Interested to see a review on this!
Phil Barber to be honest it's not that expensive comparatively. I know it was pre-order, but my copy was 79. looking online I've seen retail for 117, and I bought my copy of Twilight emperium (closest comparison I can think of) for about the same - yet this looks to have much greater replay value given the persistent campaign system. I would get it ;)

This game looks amazing, and it's really rare that a board game calls for my attention nowadays. Now i need to check some gameplay of it!

I received it in Spain yesterday, boy is it huge, a whopper. Box placed right next to Fortune and Glory and Mechs Vs Minions in the 'big boys corner'.
