If she were to record her voice beforehand and add screams, it would almost be impossible to get the timing correct. Also, not to mention you could hear her turn on the recorder which means she was in fact recording. Again, it would be pretty difficult to record something before and fake it. But it is not my choice to decide for others. It's your own choice to believe it or not.

Also, to see if ghost videos are as scary as people make out and again I'm disappointed when I'm not one bit spooked. I've also been to "Haunted houses" and the likes but funnily enough, nothing ever happens when I'm around but totally does when I'm not there. Either I'm the best damn ghost repellent on the planet or ghosts and paranormal things aren't real.. Hoping for the latter but if it's the former, I could sell my services!

Best rational explanation I can think of is that someone tall stood inside that room and held some clothing (for example, a dark green jacket) up against the top of the door frame and then jerked it back inside at the sound of her scream. And that might explain the dog's curiosity (tail wagging at the husband or boyfriend known to be standing inside the room). But the woman''s startled reaction doesn't appear to be faked at all.

It seems like they can make sound come from where they are at, i mean precisely where they want it to be recorded, like a sound that only will be heard if you go into the sound but just outside even 1 cm from it will be dead silent, we even have technology that works exactly like that, that they plan using in ques (like commercials) when you're shopping so the ones working at Checkout won't have to hear it.

Sometimes video recorders do pick up the audio at the time of an EVP. And sometimes video recorders are the only instrument that picks up a disembodied voice even if a digital voice recorder is being used. Think of it in terms of directed energy vs free flowing energy.
