Evaluation and Management EM Data Element Questions and Answers

Data analyzed is one of the three elements used in choosing your level of evaluation and management (E/M) service. The data element contains three separate categories. Category 1 is tests and documents. Category 2 is independent interpretations. Category 3 is discussions. We provided an overview of this element along with documentation. We responded to questions.
