Since Helen Reddy sang "Best Friend", in the film "Airport 75", (I was just 17 years old then) she´s been a great part of my life. Helen´s singing voice consoled me, when I felt lonely, frightened and or sad. And dispite Helen´s demise in 2020, she, her songs and spirit, life in my heart further. Helen Reddy; one day, hopefully, I´d love to meet you personally. 🥰🤗😪

I just found out today that Helen Reddy passed in 2020. What shocking news!! I first saw her in Airport '75 and started listening to her music when I was 13. I went to one of her concerts in LA in '77 when I lived in California and got her autograph. I watched her many times when she hosted Midnight Special. Loved her songs and her voice. She'll be greatly missed.😥😢

I met Helen Reddy at a hotel I was working at. Didn't recognize her at first till she spoke. She's a genuine person - no I'm a star attitude. Her beautiful powerful voice brings back memories, gotta love her.
