Everything sounds great but you have an exaggerated figure. 1, A bag of 100 kgs of butunda has around 2100 fruits not 5000. One can not harvest 5 bags of butunda in an acre of land per week Realistically, one can harvest 3 bags per week at full harvest. The rest of the info sounds right.
