    3:30 "Not as good"? That is an understatement. There are days you can't get internet in downtown Cebu.

    Good day, ANY news on Philippines dropping the vaccination requirement to enter? I love the Phills, the women are so driven to please you. Sad about the vax requirement.

    Hey I have a VERY IMPORTANT Question. After getting Malaysia Nomad Visa. when i enter into the Malaysia, will i get residency permit too? or some proof/ID which shows i'm the temporary resident of that country?

    Sorry, as a Filipino. Costs of living even for the Philippines is not great for anyone. Poor working conditions, too much red tape and political corruption.

      Petty crime and mugging can occur, but the latter is not likely to happen.

      Lived in the Phil. for almost 3 years from 2011-2013. As a white person, I was treated as a rich, rock star. Typical for white people from what I’ve seen first-hand. No worries.

      Damn you already on the shortlist of shadowban? Kidding.
      Well for one Asia is good continent but the PRs in Asia are tricky or they arent open to give example: Singapire.
      Latin America is great but other factors wo come in primarily Security. Sure you could make a case with Uruguay but there isnt much information even in TH-cam about it.
      Monaco is great but only wish if I was rich.
      West is currently not feasible because of the drama and what have you.
      Central Asia is something to look into but again their PR systems are either not present or it's hard to get a good information if they are providing.
      Europe was a great option but Italy, Spanish is going through debt crisis. UK too.
      Germany is challenging now with their changing laws and energy crisis.
      Japan I wish but damn 10 years for PR?

    • @NomadElite
      @NomadElite  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Asia is great if you're on a low budget and don't want to get too involved financially.
      Latin America offers the easiest residence programs. Friendly people and good food.
      Europe is tricky at the moment, and like you said, too many negatives to accept and not enough upside.

    S. Korea you can start a company for 75k USD (100m won) and get 5 years residence also if you start a tech company there are no income requirements and the government agency helps you. You can also buy real estate and get a visa in certain areas like Incheon. Foreigners can also own land and get citizenship. Seoul can be cold but the weather in Busan is similar to Seattle and it has a popular beach area and first world infrastructure including a bullet train to Seoul, 1 hr to Japan and 1 hour to Jeju, an island with a climate similar to California. Decently priced very high quality food everywhere. Not sure why more people don't go here (though that's changing).

      I know a few Korean words, but that's about it. How difficult to get around if you speak English?

    • @champagneshade6249
      @champagneshade6249 ปีที่แล้ว

      More people don't go there because the majority don't have 75k to throw down or want the responsibility of started a new business, or funds for land or real estate. Also cost of living in not cheap. The bar is too high, simple as that.

    Would be nice if you expanded a bit on the clearance the Philippines would require of you to pass after the 36 month period of living on the tourist visa, also curious to know about tax for digital nomads working there

    • @AjayVerma86
      @AjayVerma86 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've been living on tourist visa in the Philippines for 13 years non-stop. There is no clearance to return. If you stay longer than a year, you need an exit clearance to leave the country (simple "no police record" check), but you can enter any time again and get another 36 moths. Thousands of expats live like this here.
