Hello sir In my Application there no servo axis control.there is only 1 Encoder with one sliding bar that travel position from 1 meter to 20 metrr distance position and that bar controlling through the VFD for various Speed. Which motion instructions is suitable for my application.? Pl suggest. Thanks
You have to program the position control fully by your self, e.g. using P control and position comparison simple method. You'd better using high ratio gearbox to control your drive other wise the position control accuracy can be expected too high.
Hi The answer from mine is that no one is the 'best', but just see if the task fits. From my programming style, I would prefer using ladder to do logic control, and using ST for the math and data processing. If a cat can catch the rat, we won't care it is a white or dark cat.
