Yes, we need (I think preferably at least 20 minutes' daily) bare feet contact with bare ground or grass or sand, to receive the constant stream of electrons from our planet (which keeps good blood flow, said a cardiologist) - even more efficient if that ground is damp (water being a good conductor of electricity). Yes, we need (I think preferably at least 20 minutes' daily) bare feet contact with bare ground or grass or sand, to receive the constant stream of electrons from our planet (which keeps good blood flow, said a cardiologist) - even more efficient if that ground is damp (water being a good conductor of electricity). Does not flow through concrete. We can find plug-in "grounding mats" online.

I will because at my age I won't be at the beach so much due to the sinkholes I live in Florida I mean it's just another scary thought besides sharks I don't know but I love the smell of salt and bath and body has a salt breeze lotion and I don't even know what wonder that smell is to my nose but it just puts you in heaven
