Defense. None of their abilities say war offense only. thats the issue. if they were a war offense only team, like M4M, or Undying, then it would be totally fine because like you said, you can only use them once. But when they arent locked to either defense or offense, and the two best war offense teams, even with the best mythics in the game with them, cant even almost touch them? it just kills war. It kills all the fun and all the creativity, and it just becomes "Slap AAforce on defense, auto win"
So Ms Marvel classic is the new Peter B, but far worse 🙄…. Remember when Spider Society launched and all Peter B was doing was healing, until we figured out how to take them down
I think the release of such teams in such an "unkillable" form is a great opportunity for many players to leave the game. When people have been fighting for months to unlock and upgrade Mephisto or Odin, and then a team comes out that laughs in your face and says, "Throw away your roster. All your characters are garbage," this will serve not the popularity of the game, but its removal. Either these characters will quickly have their abilities cut off (but then those who buy them for money will be very unhappy), or they will give them to everyone almost for nothing and very quickly. This is the only way to save the situation. That's my point of view.
man its hard to get hyped as f2p for these new teams when i dont have the rss to upgrade them like i cant get any characters to lvl 100 coz i dont have gold meanwhile i havent built zombie witch yet and im worriying abt getting the gold for emma
This is only in war which most don’t play and you can only attack once in that game mode so is it really that bad. Stop whining about everything and think for yourselves. In a month it’ll be a new team yall are saying is to OP and should changed or not good enough for every game mode and needs a buff
@likwid_smoke you said one person which we all know is a OP character but that’s not a bad thing. Now show me them in crucible against Illuminati with captain Britain or them in arena against top 50. Like be fr the whole team is not that once you factor those things in
i really hate the wasp and ironheart reworks, because they do NOTHING but damage. its really lazy, its really bad for the balance of the game, because as soon as enough teams with newer characters and new stats come out, that damage will just be meaningless anyways, and mechanically those characters have actually literally nothing useful. We need ACTUAL reworks, like the sinister six ones, the black order ones. Even Doctor Strange's rework was pretty decent. We need to make them stop just boosting stats. they need to do meaningful reworks, and give the bare minimum amount of stats to make the characters hold up against relevant teams. They should not just be juicing tf out of their stats so their damage is bonkers for the short term future and then they just fall off eventually and become worthless trash that hits like wet noodles yet again. Its so boring, its so lazy, please please just yell at them until your face turns red. We need full on team reworks, without new characters, first of all, and then when they do reworks for new teams they need to not be this goddamn lazy. They're going to make the game so stale nobody wants to play it. So glad King Arthur is out. I've been having terrible luck like with all gacha games, but at least Its fun to play, and the characters are cool.
Geez man they are killing everithing making basically all characters obsolete in war includind dd characters wich is stupid they have no value in war now ,why waste resources and time to go for dd characters when you can just get the latest war team ,i mean its kinda crap man it feels so cheap and such a blow

Might be easier to pick a mode or 2 as ftp and not worry about every new toon/team. Helps manage resources better

Odin isn't great on defense anyway, there are teams that already 1 shot Mephisto. Not sure how 1 more team matters that much
