I think Extra Love is one of the best songs Minoshima ever made--or at least, it's a supreme example of his particular style. It's so full of energy, and yet so melancholy, with that distinct sense of yearning that creates an irresistible itch in your soul. And the production on the bass synth is absolutely delicious. He's really one of the best electronic producers of the past two decades, totally slept on by normies--and let it stay that way. Nocturnal longing this sweet and this refined can be reserved forever for the few of us who had the sense to discover it at the right time. This album, and the other great Dancehalls, are classics of underground electronica, and at least for me they have become an eternal tradition.
The teletypist received over one thousand words a minute. Maybe it's somewhere among the messages that haven't been decoded yet. My dear colleague, unusual messages are signalled by a red light. And they're given transmission into coding precedence. Damn it all, Pat! What's that? It's Base 3 on Mars. For the last 97 hours, they've been trying to get through. In vain. Base 3 on Mars? Bob Cole, my former instructor at military school is in command there. What's the matter?

I love this album so much. I've been replaying this the last few days over and over again. It's extremely good Although I do much perfer the first half a lot more than I do the second half. (rave launcher mkii being my fav)
"Rave Launcher MK II" reminds me of early 90's Belgian Techno. And it's not the only song from Alstroemeria Records that does (Hell's Sun and Being Disparate for example). I suspect Masayoshi Minoshima had been listening to it.
hands down one of my favorite Albums from Alstroemeria records! I would have said Haunted dance hall but, the random black man rapping out of nowhere kinda smudged that great album.

i could not agree more
I'm enjoying all of his new tracks but it's still kinda sad that he stopped doing dancehall and pop culture albums
agree with what you said though to Ancient and -Unknown- Romantic Children
@@681mile I love Romantic Children! It's not on this album though.

2020...already 6 years..this album still my favorite
Kind of sad they can’t out do themselves

This feels so nostalgic. Awesome musics are meant to last forever.
2024 :(
I just realized that Rave Launcher MK. II sampled Holiday Rap from MC Miker and DJ Sven, took me 9 years to realize that lmao.
Nakata sampled it too. Seems to be a pretty popular song with the Japanese.
CINDERELLA CAGE 太洗腦了
It is 2022 and this album still rocks!!
all good musics, but ,
WI[RE/ER]D PUZZLE is amazing.
looks like camellia is an arranger at the level of natho.
and Mei Ayakura did an great job too
Why am I feeling nostalgia listening to some of the song?
Because this is a touhou group that created bad apple.

no wonder why this album called DOMINATED DANCEHALL
because it THE BEST ALBUM among other dancehall album
No way this came out 12 years ago
I love this album so much. I've been replaying this the last few days over and over again. It's extremely good
Although I do much perfer the first half a lot more than I do the second half. (rave launcher mkii being my fav)
I remembered how much i love this album!
Oh my god maybe I just love alstroemeria records but most of the album that I listened to is always good.
*2018* here!!!
I think each Altroemeria Records Dancehall trying to tell a story of each dancehall that got their name
Like how that dancehall became dominated.
The very first song gives off a Daft Punk type of feeling, sound, and overall style to it
"Rave Launcher MK II" reminds me of early 90's Belgian Techno. And it's not the only song from Alstroemeria Records that does (Hell's Sun and Being Disparate for example). I suspect Masayoshi Minoshima had been listening to it.
@@SenileOtaku Can you list some artists from that genre/time? I'd like to hear some.
These sexy beats, though! Thanks for sharing, but I gotta buy this and support my man Masayoshi Minoshima. :)
